Great beach house

The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking equipment and spices. The house was spacious and liked the convenience store just a few steps away. We will definitely come back to this house.

Perfect home for a getaway

We lucked out & had amazing weather while we were there; but even during the one "drizzly" day the home was so comfortable & cozy. I think this is our 3 or 4th time staying here & hope to be able to do it again for many years to come.

lovely little house, excellent location, well stocked

What a nice little place to stay in town, just blocks from the Promenade, and one block from a small market as well. Fully stocked with everything we needed, quiet, safe yard for our dog, excellent communication. It wasn't as clean as we would normally expect, we had to clean some things ourselves - scrubbed things off the sinks and fridge handles, swept the kitchen, and the living room end tables were very dusty. Built-in cutting boards seemed to have not been wiped after use. Sheets and towels were clean though, as were the showers, counters, and stove. Bathrooms are rather tiny, so watch your elbows! :) We had seen a fireplace listed in the ad, so brought duraflame logs to use, but it turned out to be a gas fireplace (didn't mention gas in listing.) It seems to have a manual gas turn-on and a provided lighter to light it, which we not comfortable with, so we didn't use it. Aside from these minor things, we had a wonderful stay here and would absolutely rent again!

20th Anniversary @ Seaside

This has been such an amazing week for ys!! Thank you so much for this wonderful charming cozy place to stay. We enjoyd the house so much & the best was being able to bring our sweet dogs

There for a family wedding

A cute, comfortable house. Close to the beach and the city. The house was easy to find and had all we needed to make our stay comfortable. Our only negative was that there was not a lot of lighting in the back porch area so hard to see when coming and going at night.getting in

Perfect Family Rental

We really enjoyed our week long stay at this rental. It met the needs of our family perfectly and the location was fantastic. It was a short walk to the beach and to the Seaside market (in case you need more milk ;). The master bedroom bed was also incredibly comfortable and I had the best night sleep while visiting!!

Excellent! Love this place! Our third stay!

We had an incredible week at this Seaside Beach house! The layout was perfect for the 4 of us and our pup! The location is close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and across the street from the golf course. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable, really appreciated the fenced yard for our pup and everything was very clean! Thank you so very much for a grest vacation spot! We will be back!

Nice stay on the south side….

Very easy in & out of town, pleasant walk to the south side of the beach. If you need to be in Seaside, but want to stay out of the hub-bub, this is it. Great place for couples to share. Good working appliances, inside looks like the pictures shown. Owner is very responsive.

Very very nice

House was very nice. Big living room with knotty pine walls and mostly comfortable furniture. Nice kitchen. with all the kitchenware needed, including a giant refrigerator. Comfortable king sized bed. Really enjoyed the house and highly recommend it.

Nice Place

This is a nice little place for a stay at the beach. The kitchen is well stocked, there are games, books and stuff for kids. It's a little dated and the outside areas were disappointing, but the house was clean and everything worked. It is located 2 ½ blocks from the ocean and at the very south end of the boardwalk. 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk to downtown.
