Great place!

Cid's condo was a very comfortable place to spend a month. Comfy bed, well stocked kitchen and a great location for cycling and hiking. Cid was available when we needed something or had questions.

Great location

Very nice quiet neighborhood, great location. Very clean and well labeled so you knew what switches turned on which lights. Nice feature. Owner was very quick to respond and be available for any questions. First time we stayed at a Vrbo with no issues. We were able to walk to breakfast at Brawley’s Restaurant which is 12 minute walk. Would definitely come back when we visit Tucson again.

Excellent location

Well laid out spacious condo - perfect for a couple. Sunny patio, mostly protected from any wind. Well stocked kitchen. Loved having in house washer and dryer. Excellent location in north east Tucson near grocery stores (Safeway and Trader Joes), coffee shops, Tucson Desert Art Museum, park, biking loop, golf courses, hiking trails, and road to Mount Lemmon. It was a comfortable base for our adventures. Loved coming back at night to cook dinner, accompanied by a nice bottle of wine (we were there for a month). Cid, the owner, was very responsive. Sharing ideas on what to do and see in the area, and where to eat (we liked both Zona 78 (Italian) and Poco and Mom (New Mexican/American) near by). She also cleaned out the storage area so we could lock our bikes away.

4 Years Later...

Stayed at this condo before and loved it for the price, location, and amenities. Was not disappointed the second time around. Love the location near Udall Park especially since the park now has 12 Pickleball courts. It had been remodeled and is even nicer now. Owner is very responsive and attentive. Great value as well.

cozy apartment with lots of details unsatisfied

cozy apartment. but lots of details to be dirty, until I cleaned by myself, including the outside of toilet bow. Besides, it's challenging to see the ants crawling around over any d clean up lots of ant bodies daily.

The month of November

I stayed at this property the entire month of November 2020. It was clean, had everything I needed for a comfortable stay and was in a great location. I enjoyed meeting the owner, Cid. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to others and I would stay here again if the need arose.

A quiet well maintained property.

Cid was a great communicator and we were pleased with the amenities provided. Tucson is a great venue for bicycling and this property is handy to good paved bike paths.

COZY CONDO

This property is perfect for up to 2 people. It’s in a safe neighborhood and very walkable. Groceries and gas are close by. Cid is the owner and is there for you if you need her but allows you your privacy. She is an excellent communicator and a sincerely nice person. You can’t go wrong with this property, and you won’t be sorry. We reserved this property a year ahead as this property is very popular, and we were glad we did.

Fun Stay

The location was perfect for us, we easily navigated the city and side trips we made. Nicely decorated and comfortable. The patio area right outside was nice, sunny for breakfast and relaxing after getting back from sight seeing. Having a pool was really a plus, the week we were there it was in the 90's and so it was the perfect place to chill, literally. Would recommend as a nice stay.

Great Place in Tucson

The Mostyn condo in Tucson was a great choice for us. The condo was very well appointed from kitchen to bath to bed. There were even lots of travel brochures. The location was excellent - convenient to Saguaro National Park East, Sabino Canyon, & Morris Udall Park. It is close to stores and easy to get all over the Tucson area. Cid was very responsive to any of our questions. When we had trouble unlocking the door when we arrived, she came right over. We would definitely stay here again.

Good value at a good location for exploring Tucson. Lots of windows makes it bright even though some blinds could not be opened. Sunny patio for winter reading. Kitchen size for a one bedroom unit. Would stay again.

A bright and comfortable spot

This condo is bright, comfortable, and cozy. It's an easy space to live in. Helpful, friendly neighbors and conveniently located for amenities and hikes as well. Cid is a thoughtful host, providing most everything a guest might need. She gave us our space, but quickly responded when we contacted us. She followed through when we had an issue that needed attention. We would not hesitate to return here if we need accommodations in Tucson again!

Quiet and Comfortable

We visited in October of 2018. Our plans after landing in AZ had changed and Cid was kind enough to let us in the apartment early, which we were very grateful for. It is a first-floor apartment that is accessed by going down just a couple of stairs and is very bright, clean, and comfortable. Even though the complex is located on both a side street and a main road, it was incredibly quiet since this particular apartment is set back and not street front! When we opened the door, we were pleasantly welcomed with a few peppermint patty candies on the counter and a personalized welcome note on the chalkboard. It was appreciated after our long flight!! This apartment was a perfect size for the two of us. The kitchen was stocked with paper towel, garbage bags, sponge, dish soap, dishwasher soap, coffee, tea, cocoa, sugar, and spices, and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom, as well as a basket of things you might forget (i.e., toothbrush, shampoo, etc.) The bedroom is large with a good sized closet and dresser, and we found the mattress to be incredibly comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed eating our breakfast out on the patio in the back each morning and used the grill a couple of times for dinner. It is in a great location to grocery stores and close to some fantastic hikes. When we discovered that we accidentally booked the apartment for the incorrect number of days, Cid was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to stay the extra day!! She was a pleasure to have rented from and was very accessible if we needed anything. We are planning another trip to AZ to take advantage of some planned events and to see some of the sights we didn't get to, and we hope to rent from Cid again. I highly recommend this rental!!

Clean, quiet, relaxing

My fiance and I stayed at Cid's place with our small dog. It was perfectly located, clean and quiet with everything we could need and more for unwinding after spending time with my large family over the holidays. Cid was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Just Like Home

This was a home away from home kind of stay. I had all the dishes and utensils necessary to make a stuffing, etc for Thanksgiving. My dog was happy there too. Cid was easy and accommodating for me as well. The stay here was much better than the Radisson and the Marriott as I frequent Tucson to visit a sister and this was my first VRBO experience. Having a nice warm fire one night was a special treat too. I will be back !

our stay was great. We enjoyed this as if we lived there.

The condo was clean, bright and cozy. The owner Cid allowed us to enjoy our vacation without interruptions unless we needed something and then she was always quick to respond. There were amenities just like a fine hotel with shampoos and soaps and even toothbrushes and toothpaste. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit and we were even supplied with laundry soap and coffee pods!! It is convenient to restaurants and groceries and the pool was very nice. We will definitely stay here again. A terrific value for the price.

Perfect location!

We spent a week here and everything was perfect! Cid the owner is the wonderful owner of this condo and she replies quickly to any question you might have. This condo is located in a quiet area of town and it's close to restaurants and grocery stores etc. The condo itself is clean and very comfortable with everything you might need for your stay. We also enjoyed cooking on the grill which is on the small patio and we also enjoyed relaxing in the spa that was on property. I would highly recommend staying here!

I (Cid) grew up and lived all over the west coast including Portland, Oregon, Seattle, Washington and San Diego, CA... even a short stint in Dallas, Texas!
Doug grew up in Rochester, NY and is proudly an Air Force veteran. We met a few years ago and just got married in November of 2014.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Doug lived in our condo for 7 years and I lived there for a year. It is so peaceful and comfy there. We like the area so much that we bought another home and live less than a mile away!

It is comfortable and we are nearby if there are any problems but stay away unless you need us.
