Great view across Wears Valley from the upper deck. Quiet and Peaceful isolation from the busy tourist areas of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, but if that is something you need, it is a short drive away. GSMNP entrance is less than 10 minutes away via back roads. Lots of bear sightings around the cabin.

Great location, nestled on the side of a mountain. Only a couple things we would like to point out. No place to put trash outside of cabin so drove to the office and could not find a dumpster there as described in the email we had received. And also - with the bedroom being downstairs in the cabin and there being a very steep spiral staircase to get down there it would be helpful if there was a sidewalk going from driveway down to first floor to enter downstairs bedroom with luggage.

August 5 August 9, 2026 was amazing. Only downside was the bedroom in the basement could have used a dehumidifier.My husband would like a better coffee pot as he drinks an entire gallon every morning lol that’s exactly. Why we did rent the specific cabin.. Again, everything was as pictured and we would definitely stay again. The location was amazing, but it could use a few cosmetic upgrades. A clothes rack in the lower bedroom to hang up some clothes.

Really enjoyed our stay. As a 62 year old, the spiral staircase was the only downside. We didn't even try to take our suitcases down them, we walked them outside to the lower level. Other than that everything was excellent.

The cabin is in a great location. The photos of it are well depicted. The spiral staircase is for real! We had a small overnight bag. If you had a suitcase or anything large I am not sure how you would navigate them. I think if they would make a set of steps to get down to the lower level so you could carry things down there with ease. The view was great, but if they would trim up the trees off of the porch there would be a wonderful view of every sunset! We only stayed two nights so the garbage was not an issue. There is a note on the fridge that says if you stay 3 nights you have to take the garbage to a dumpster that is 20-25 minutes away??? Would we go back probably the staff was great and questions answered quickly!

This was a sweet little cabin nestled on the side of a mountain that had breathtaking views into the valley below. It was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Anniversary Trip

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was so cozy and the porch with the rocking chairs was the perfect spot for sunsets. It was close enough to get to entertainment quickly but out enough to have the quiet peacefulness of the mountains. We will definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay at this cabin and the views were amazing, it was everything we wanted it to be plus some, but the written directions could be touched up slightly seeing as we did get lost the first time getting to it. On the plus side we got to witness a beautiful momma bear and cub right behind the cabin which was super exciting for us

Valentine’s Weekend Getaway

We loved the cabin, it was perfect , and plan on staying there again sometime. We stayed from 2/13/25 to 2/16/25. The best part was Valentine’s night in front of the fireplace the love of my life asked me to marry him. It was absolutely perfect and the best weekend of my life and his also.

Clean Cabin and Premier Host!

Definitely a Premier Host! Our cabin was clean and ready for check-in 30 mins early. Air was giving problems but thankfully an extremely nice on call tech did some work and got us window units to help during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Smokey Mountain Vacation

Cabim was perfect for a couple. Nice view, quite, great sunsets, and supper close to the park entrance and multiple top notch motorcycle rides. There was a mother bear and 3 cubs we saw in the lower woods by the cabin. We parked out bike and trailer at the office.

Cut short due to rain/hurricane Helene

We booked to stay 6 nights and only stayed 2 due to rain and concerns about hurricane Helene. Seeing the aftermath, I think we made the right decision for our safety. Hope to return another time to this property.

Nice but small

Cabin was kinda small compared to pictures. The spiral staircase was kinda different to navigate with luggage. And the upstairs windows in living room didn’t have blinds no privacy if you had someone staying upstairs. But over all cabin was nice.

My Review

We enjoyed our stay and liked the cabin. Bear in mind you will have to go up and down a spiral staircase. Owner should add a free standing wardrobe. This is because the only closet is consumed with a hot water heater and washer and dryer. Small chest of drawers was mostly consumed with extra bedding. I just laid out my clothes on the pool table.(those that would wrinkle). There was a small hanger device on the door to use if you had a few coat hangers. There were none. The tub spout downstairs needs replacing because its shower function ring no longer functions well and takes excessive force to make it resume tub mode (should be automatic). I own one just like it so I know how it is supposed to work. Hot tub light is non functional but hot tub works great otherwise. I would also add a couple of chairs to the bottom balcony. All of these are “nits” and overall did little to diminish the enjoyment of our stay. We would stay again. We had a good time in the area and enjoyed our stay. There are some nearby places to eat too, but it is not a stressful drive to get to pigeon Forge if you want lots of options.
