Private upstairs apartment with separate entry. 1 Queen, 2 twin beds/1 bath/AC. Lovely hardwood. Waterfront is steps away for swimming in our private lagoon, or rent Kayaks, Paddleboards. Free parking, free wifi. No fishing/smoking/vaping/animals on estate.

You feel like you are in a tree house nestled in the natural landscape of the Hardwood Hammock. Hardwood vaulted ceilings. Laid out like open studio apartment. Mini Kitchenette with frig & microwave. Spacious bathroom has shower. Patio with outdoor seating.

Please do not move the parking log closer to stairs. I set it exactly where it needs to be to protect all of our pipes under the ground, and so as to not block the downstairs entrance for other guests.

All private.

If you move the white plastic chairs by the waterfront, make sure to put them back! Otherwise they will blow into the water.

Implemented with the rental of kayak. Please make sure you catch and release only any fish that you're keeping to fillet. Bring them to a restaurant. We do not have the capability to help with the cleaning, nor do we want carcasses in the area. That draws other animals. Additionally, make sure that you have your coolers as needed. We do not permit bait or fish or seafood that is open and raw inside the mini fridge or fridges. I do have coolers for rent.

All names and ages of guests must be given at time of reservation. The person making the reservation must be present at check in. No additional guests permitted without prior notice. Additional fees apply for additional guests and vehicles.
We have other lodgings available on our estate and would love to host your visitors too if we have availability. Just ask me!

Flush only toilet paper.

No bar soap in the showers. Additional cleaning charges may occur.

We have no garbage disposal. Food must go in the garbage.

AC set between 72° and 74° as well as fans are provided for comfort and direct flow

They took our money. Very dirty and old. Dishonest description that was changed after we left.

Photos are nothing like unit. My husband and I own several units and would never do this to someone. Owners are dishonest and greedy. Instead of making this right due to their false advertising, they kept our money. Listing/Owner's stated they had the following and didn't: Kitchen/oven/stove didn't exist. It had a counter with a small sink, two forks and barely any kitchen supplies/utensils. No wifi/reception (Was told to go to Mc Donalds for wifi), was shared with a "private residence" (it's shared with two other rentals), No BBQ in sight, doesn't back up to water, you have to walk a football field to access the water and is on the backside of someone's rental and was not lit, no twin beds, has an 30 year old sofa with two twin OLD mattresses that pop out. Provided old yellow egg shell cushions that were about the same age that we were to lay on top. No washer and dryer, old nasty carpet and smelled like moth balls. AC very old, loud and didn't have a filter /cover on it. The cute photos of the outside looked nothing like it. Very old with strange lawn ornaments. It reminded me of someone that kept up Christmas ornaments year round. They changed the listing after we sent them a screen recording of the amenities that didn't exist, no apologies whatsoever or explanation. We brought food to cook the entire weekend. Didn't stay because they lied and the property didn't match the description. That sofa is disgusting. Find a better place to stay.
