Raffaello Inn ligger i ett privilegierat läge i Romas historiska centrum, i en lugn gata "via Santo Stefano del Cacco, 19", bara 5 minuters promenad från Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Piazza Venezia, Spanska trappan, Colosseum. Det är en lägenhet upp till 4 personer, perfekt för ett par eller en familj.
Den består av vardagsrum med kökshörn, sovrum med privat badrum. Träbjälkat tak, parkettgolv och 1800-talsklassiska möbler ger en romantisk atmosfär.

Ingången leder in till vardagsrummet med ett kökshörn med bäddsoffa, matbord och Led Smart TV 42 '' med NETFLIX.
Kökshörnet är utrustat med en mikrovågsugn med grillfunktioner, kyl, espressomaskin, elektrisk spis, vattenkokare och rostat bröd.
Sovrummet har utsikt över gatan som är tyst och ganska. Funktionerna är en king size-säng, 2 nattduksbord, 1 garderob, Smart TV 32 '' med NETFLIX, med säkerhetsbox och eget badrum.
Badrummet ligger i sovrummet och är utrustat med ett badkar med dusch, bidé, tvättmaskin och hårtork.
Lägenheten är också utrustad med värme, luftkonditionering och snabb WI FI-internetanslutning.
För barn under 3 år erbjuder vi på begäran en barnsäng med madrass, kudde och filt.

Lägenheten ligger i en privat 1500-talsbyggnad på första våningen och det kan nås med hiss eller trappor

Pigna är namnet på rione IX i Rom, beläget i staden Municipio I. Namnet betyder "tallkotte" på italienska, och symbolen för rionet är den kolossala bronskotten, Pigna.
Den jättebrons furukonen (Pigna) dekorerade en gång en fontän i det antika Rom bredvid ett stort Isis-tempel. Där flödade vatten rikligt från toppen av pineconen.
Historia

Pignaen flyttades först till den gamla basilikan av St Peter, där Dante såg den och använde den i Divina Commedia som en likhet för de jättelika proportioner i ansiktet på Nimrod.
På 1400-talet flyttades det till sitt nuvarande läge, den övre änden av Bramantes Cortile del Belvedere, som nu vanligtvis kallas för sin ära Cortile della Pigna, som förbinder Vatikanen och Palazzo del Belvedere. Där står det idag under Pirro Ligorios enorma nisch i den yttersta änden, flankerad av ett par romerska brons påfågelar som fördes från Hadrians mausoleum, Castel Sant'Angelo.

This apartment is in a great location, but it needs a lot of work. The laminate floor is peeling, the kitchen sink is cracked and stained, and the walls are spattered with stains. The lighting is poor, and the furniture is tired. The bed is fine, the water pressure is good, and the hot water was plentiful, but we were paying nearly 300 per night, and we expected the apartment to look like the photos - crisp, clean, and worth the price being charged. The building is quite old and very dirty. We travel a lot, and this was one of the worst apartments we have stayed in.

October visit

Perfect time to be in Rome, beautiful weather. Host was wonderful, apartment very clean. Suggest extra towels. Kind gentleman around the corner who we were able to leave our luggage with for a few hours.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights! Apartment was very clean and in the perfect location! We could walk to almost everywhere! Wonderful restaurants near by and only a couple minute walk to a taxi if needed. Mariano was very welcoming and communicated well with us leading up to and during our stay!

Perfect location to easily walk to most highlights. Market, taxi stand and luggage storage around the corner. Host was helpful, friendly and responded quickly. Elevator available. Comfortable bed.

Great apartment in a great location!!

My wife and I made our first visit to Rome prior to a cruise of the mediterranean. This apartment is located in a great area near restaurants cafe’s and walking distance to several historic sites. The apartment is well stocked wit everything you need and the owner was very responsive to our needs. I highly recommend to this apartment to any couple wanting to visit Rome and be in a great location.

Our host was not there when we arrived. But after contacting her, she opened the door remotely and sent a video to how to access the apartment. The apartment was clean, but very small for a party of four. But we knew that going in we made the most of it and it worked out very well. Loved the location. Everything was within easy walking distance. Give us a great opportunity to see Central with no problems.

Comfy stay close to Pantheon and Trevi Fountain

This was our first time in Rome. Neri met us to take luggage to store until check in and directed us to a very nice restaurant steps away. The bed is comfortable and the Nespresso machine for morning espresso is a fun touch! The hosts were very communicative. A lovely stay in Roma!

Cozy apartment close to everything

We stayed one week. The bed was comfortable and the a/c worked well in the bedroom as it was in the 90’s the week we were there. The apartment is a short walk to the Pantheon. There are several close grocery stores. We didn’t cook but had breakfast and wine and cheese in the apartment. The kitchen is in a cabinet so not too much room but fine for our needs. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby.

Amazing stay in Rome's Historic Center

I LOVED my stay at the Raffaello Inn during the first week of June. The front of the building, with its flowering ivy, looks like something from a fairy tale. The apartment in the 500-year-old building is comfortable, clean, and charming! Mariano greeted me when I arrived and gave me a thorough tour of the apartment, as well as tips on where to eat in the neighborhood. He was so friendly, funny, and welcoming! This location is fantastic—right near all the top sights. The next street over, there is a supermarket. I was able to save so much by getting a few groceries in and eating a few meals at "home," a cafe within a two-minute walk.

Serenity in the City

The Raffello Inn is a charmingly decorated apartment in the perfect location. We could easily walk to the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, St. Peter’s and Trvi Fountain. Our hostess Neri was very gracious and responsive to our needs. She arranged a driver to take us to the airport after 4 glorious days in a well-appointed , quiet air-conditioned apartment. I will definitely recommend to family and friends staying in Rome.

FANTASTIC!

Great place right in the heart of historic Rome! Everything within close walking distance, Apartment was clean, cute and historic with all sorts of amenities (fridge, microwave, fancy coffee/espresso maker, clothes washing machine, etc.). Mariano and Neri were wonderful hosts - very gracious and welcoming, providing their cell phone to text them for anything that we need and giving us all sorts of great tips for the area.

Great central location in Rome

The owners met us at the apartment and went through how all the appliances and everything in the apartment worked. Great personal touch and fantastic people. They checked up on us to make sure everything was okay with the apartment during our stay. The location is incredible! Centrally located with great restaurants just a short walk away. Perfect location!

My colleague and I loved this location. We are both retired and able to walk virtually everywhere we hoped to visit. The Colliseum, the Forum, St Peter's, Castel St. Angelo, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon. The apartment was clean and well-appointed. Mariano could not have been more accommodating and responsive - from arranging car service from the airport to explaining the operation of the expresso machine. I definitely would stay here again and recommend it to friends

Great place to stay!

The apartment itself was clean and cozy, and was perfect for our family of 4 (2 young teens). It had everything we needed (they have really thought of everything you might need - down to things like a lint brush!), and Mariano was extremely helpful in getting us checked in, getting information about the apartment and the surroundings. Mariano organized the transfers to and from the airport for us (he took us to the airport himself), which was very helpful and made the check-in easy and seamless. The neighborhood is safe, and we were very close to several attractions, restaurants, etc. We loved staying here, and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Mariano and Neri for an awesome stay in Roma!!

Incredible time

Couldn’t have asked for a more hospitable and accommodating couple Mariano and Neri to be our host. This place had so much charm, was comfortable and was centrally located to everything. We will stay here again for sure. Mariano is the nicest man and was very patient with all of our questions. Also the apartment felt incredible secure and safe with a dead bolt system and safe in the apartment. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Stay here if you can. Thanks Mariano

Central, clean, cozy and comfortable apartment

We felt so lucky staying in this apartment a week. Everything was in order and the hosts were friendly and service-minded. We enjoyed a nice cup of coffee from the espresso machine every morning. Just around the corner we found the most adoring chocolate shop, with homemade treats. We can highly recommend the crocante latte chocolate from Morindo e Gariglio. When returning to Rome, we will for sure book this apartment again. Thank you for having us! The norwegian couple
