Thank you for the feedback. I’m glad you found the communication to be clear and check-in easy. The decor in the house is exactly as pictured in the listing, as is the one shower. As for the extra charge, you may recall that I reported and sent you the pictures of 3 sheet sets your group stained, 2 with a brown substance and 1 with what appears to be pink or red ink splatters. My cleaners worked very hard to remove those stains and get the sheets clean, but they were unable to do so after multiple attempts. When sheets are stained beyond cleaning, those sheets have to be discarded and replaced, as other guests don’t want to sleep on sheets with brown or pink stains. We are not a hotel. We are a family with a house, who rents our house to guests when we’re not using it. Items in the house that get ruined do need to be replaced by the person who ruined them.
