The lights kept flickering, the tv kept pulling up someones ring cameras, the ac kept getting reset and wouldnt stay were we set it, other then that the house was super clean and in a great location the water pressure in the bathrooms and in the sinks was AMAZING we had an issue with the door lock but we called and they got it fixed super fast someone came and pulled the trash cans out and put them on the road for us and put them back the one downside (and this is listed but i didnt think it would matter) is the queen in the master super comfy bed but just to small due to the fact we have a california king at home other then that we will more them likely rent this house a 3rd time

Great Location. Nice house.

We enjoy the stay. It was nice being closed to the bay/sound. The house was very clean, we had enough towels, I love the washer and drying machines. Kitchen: Very well equipped. No left overs pantry items lke we usually see (salt, oil, etc). Easy check in and check out. Super nice people to message back and forward. The house had everything we needed besides pot holder. It was hard only having a thin kitchen towel to get hot things out of the oven. The master bedroom mattress was not good for 2 people. It was hard not having a bathroom in the first floor. Overall I recommend the house.

The perfect quiet getaway

This was a great property, easy to get in and out, it was a 5 min walk to the beach and walking to distance to a few different restaurants and bars. We will definitely be staying here again!

Most relaxing vacation

Everything about this property made our vacation better. One of the days we were there it rained all day, the house and location kept the whole family comfortable and happy. We made brownies and watched the thunderstorm roll through. We were able to walk to the beach that night after the storm passed and find shells. This was hands down the best location, best house, and most enjoyable vacation we have had.

Couldn't be a better location!!!

We stayed in this property for one month.The location was amazing. Quick access to beaches, restaurants and the town without toll bridges like in Pensacola Beach made this an amazing stay. The home itself is very quaint with great spaces for family and relaxation.

Long weekend Getaway

The house was adorable. Booking was a breeze. Location was great very convenient to everything. 5 minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood was very quiet and our weekend was perfect!

Perfect little place

This little home is really all you need. It’s in a great location. Within a stone toss is the Sound, and a short walk the other direction is the beautiful Gulf. It has all the kitchen essentials for cooking at home. Both bathrooms are located upstairs, which was fine for us but maybe not for elderly, etc. The only complaint is the discomfort of the queen bed mattress. That should be replaced. Other than that it was overall just perfect and we were happy with our stay.

It was cold

All good except the thermostat is upstairs so the temp not well regulated. We stayed over Christmas- so very cold. If my son didn’t have portable heater for first floor- we couldn’t have stayed!

Pet friendly and great location.

Enjoyed being able to walk to the pier, island restaurants, beach, and sound. Perfect deck for watching the fire works on July 4th. Had a great time and hope to visit again.

Horrible master bed

The bed frame was broken directly in the middle and the mattress was thin. Was very uncomfortable and hurt both of our backs. I noticed it noted in prior reviews but assumed it was corrected. No other complaints.

A wonderful getaway

Overall, this property was all we had hoped for. Great location. Well equipped with all the comforts. Great kitchen. Great laundry facilities. Stairs and bed were a little quirky. Great air-conditioning. Good WiFi. Within walking distance of all the restaurants and beaches. We would stay here again, but would also like to investigate other properties that are offered through your company. Thanks for a wonderful getaway!
