Direct Oceanfront - Intim, modern studiolägenhet

ALOHA och tack för att du tänkte på vårt hem för din Maui-semester! Vår lägenhet renoverades i december 2011 och vi hoppas att du gillar vad vi har gjort.

Bara 10 meter från havet och ligger på andra våningen, blir du inte besviken! När du kommer in i lägenheten, kommer du att dras omedelbart till vår rymliga Lanai (balkong). Panoramautsikten över Moloka'i, Lana'i och havet är fantastisk! Sandstranden i Kahana ligger direkt intill lägenheten och ger utmärkt simning, snorkling och solbad.

När du väl kan dra dig från utsidan (och sköldpaddorna som matas direkt under vår lägenhet), är interiören också varm och inbjudande. Den lugna, moderna miljön är perfekt för att krulla på soffan i det mysiga vardagsrummet. Koppla av medan du läser en bok, fånga upp de senaste nyheterna eller spendera en romantisk kväll och titta på solen gå ner.

När det är dags att sova är den bekväma king size-sängen inte långt borta. Öppna alla fönster för att låta ljudet från havsvågorna och vindarna släppa dig i sömn. När du vaknar känsla vilad och uppfriskad, är havet det första du ser på morgonen.

Vårt fullt utrustade, moderna kök och badrum med badkar och dusch har alla bekvämligheter i hemmet. Tanken på att bo på ett hotell kommer att bli en saga historia.

Pohailani ligger i lugna Kahana, inbäddat mellan de livliga orterna Ka'anapali och Kapalua. Inom gångavstånd hittar du fina restauranger och shopping i Kahana Gateway Center. Om du föredrar andra alternativ är du bara en kort bilresa till Kapalua, Napili, Ka'anapali eller Lahaina. Berömda stränder, golfbanor i världsklass, Whaler's Village, en bondemarknad, livsmedelsbutiker och andra bekvämligheter ligger bara några minuter bort.

Maui never disappoints

Wonderful view of Molokai and Lanai. Shared breakfast and cocktail hour on the lanai with the whales and sea turtles. Enjoyed the sound of the surf while going to sleep. Very comfortable and in a great location.

2nd time

This was our 2nd time renting this condo. First time was 5 years ago on our first trip where we fell in love with the island. Only reason we hadn’t rented again was return trips we brought family. This trip was once again the 2 of us and perfect base for 2 weeks. Loved watching whales from lanai. Any suggestions would be to update the AC unit. Works great but is loud.

Beautiful location for enjoying paradise.

We have stayed at this property numerous times, and enjoyed it very much. We love to be on the lanai watching whales, sea turtles and magnificent sunsets. The studio condo. is comfortable and conveniently appointed. We definitely plan to visit again!

This STR never disappoints.

This is our second two week stay in this unit and we could not have been happier. It was great to be back on-island and to help LaHaina and the region recover by supporting local businesses, paying taxes and tipping well. We will certainly be back.

Beautiful location, EXCEPTIONALLY clean, well stocked & very comfortable!

This condo is PERFECT! The location is great, close enough to Lahaina to be convienent but just far enough away to feel secluded! The owners were amazing to work with and have thought of everything you need! We had an amazing time here & won’t hesitate to recommend this place to friends & book again!!

Perfect honeymoon getaway

The condo was perfect for my husband and i for our honeymoon. You can not ask for a better location. Its right on the ocean with perfect sunset views. Lots of sea turtles and beaches in both directions. More cozy and private then the big resorts on either side as well.

Amazing

Perfect location, with direct access to the ocean. Falling asleep to the sound of the water. Breakfast with a view of Whales and Turtles. The place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The host responded quickly when contacted Would go back in a heartbeat

An awesome spot!

This cute space salvaged what was otherwise a rough trip. It had a beautiful view at all times of day and night - we enjoyed watching the whales play in the horizon every morning. Several beaches close by were nice for relaxing during downtime.

Great island and ocean views

Located right on the ocean. Best views available sitting on the 2nd floor balcony. Saw many turtles, kite boarders and snorkeling. Condo was clean. Stores and restaurants nearby. Great sunsets too.

Love the view!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo is just as described. Can’t beat the proximity to the ocean. Fell asleep each night to the sound of the waves just below the balcony. Was nice to have the washer and dryer and kitchen appliances for dining in. Close walk to a nearby beach, stores, and restaurants. Bed was very comfortable. Nice quiet place to stay!

Sunsets and whales and turtles—oh my!

If you’re the kind of couple who rents a convertible and opens the top every time you drive it, this could be the place for you.You can’t get closer to the ocean without being on a boat. This means unobstructed sunsets, amazing whale watching, and when you look almost straight down, lots of turtles feeding on the algae on the seawall. Right there, beyond your toes. But because it’s a seawall rather than a beach, if the wind and waves are right it can be pretty exciting — and loud. We loved it. No street noise.The unit is a studio, so the interior is cozy but the lanai is huge and the ventilation is fantastic. Also the kitchen is surprisingly large and works really well for two-person cooking.The property is more like a community than a resort with two swimming pools located across the road. This sounds bad. It’s good. They’re very nice, not mobbed, and sited in the middle of mature gardens. So when you look up from your book you’re seeing (and hearing) wind in trees, not a high-rise with five token palms. Nice, clean BBQs nearby.Finally, the hosts. Joe and Naomi were the nicest, most responsive VRBO hosts we’ve ever had. We did have an issue, and they went above and beyond to make it right, promptly. Just can’t say enough about them.

Relaxing getaway

We had a wonderful time at Joe and Naomi’s oceanfront condo. It was wonderful eating breakfast on the lanai each day while listening to the crashing surf. We were able to see green sea turtles every day and could see whales pretty much anytime we were out on the lanai. Plus the incredible views of both Lana’i and Moloka’i islands. And don’t miss the best cinnamon rolls you will ever eat just down the road at Papi’s Ohana. The condo had everything we could ask for and we would absolutely love to stay here again the next time we visit Maui!

Perfect for two people

The lanai is amazing for whale- and turtle-watching. The space is perfect for two people, and the location is minutes away from some of our favorite beaches on Maui. The second-story corner unit is great for quiet mornings and evenings, and included everything we needed: Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler. Would highly recommend!

We fell in love with Maui when we spent our honeymoon here and have returned to Hawaii almost every year since then. We have vacationed on other islands but Maui was always our favorite. Our dream was to someday own a 'little piece of paradise' on Maui and finally, we have achieved that dream! We have renovated our condo to feel as warm and welcoming as our own home and we are very excited to be able to share our condo with you!

Varför värden valde detta boende

We had to have a place where the view was oceanfront - no exceptions! Kahana was the perfect location for us because it is between the resorts of Ka'anapali and Kapalua (we love to golf) and a 15-minute drive to Lahaina. In Kahana, you are able to enjoy the relaxed pace of island living without sacrificing conveniences.

You get to experience some of the most incredible things Maui has to offer without leaving your room - unobstructed views of Moloka'i & Lana'i, picturesque sunsets, the sound of the ocean, the breeze on your face and an overall feeling of serenity every day! We are also one of the few units in our complex, on the ocean, that has a washer and dryer in our condo!!
