One of the nicer VRBOs I've stayed in. Clean, near the casino, giant TVs in every room, and great kitchen.

This was the cleanest rental I have ever rented. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Very comfotable and had everything we needed during our short stay. If I can suggest anything it would be a small table or chair in the other bedrooms to set bags, clothing on. Well appointed house! Coming from a veteran family I love the decor!

Property was fantastic for our 2 night stay near Spokane. Very quiet, big space, and my family of 5 was very comfortable. Would highly recommend and I would gladly stay again if I'm ever in the area. Owner was wonderful with communication.

Great Stay!

Our family traveled to the area for both our daughter’s volleyball tournament. The location was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors friendly. Close to everything we needed. The house was very clean and as described. The beds were comfortable and the host made sure that anything you may need during your stay was readily available. Check-in information wasn’t relayed via VRBO as expected and I reached out to the host who responded promptly with all information necessary. The overall takeaway is we would definitely recommend this property if you are heading to the Spokane area and when we find ourselves traveling that way again this will be the first property I check availability on.

My name is Vu Duong, and I am a US Army vet. I raised my three boys in this house for 17 years, and we had many beautiful moments watching them grow, watching them fight for the little things, and watching them crash in the middle of a movie. Then, the Mother-In-Law showed up, and that is when my life turned upside down.

Varför värden valde detta boende

My house was constructed by a local builder called Condrom Homes. The builder, Cory Condron, was a very passionate and accommodating person. He was willing to modify his plans to meet our specific requirements and suggested some unique features not included in his model plans. We were the first ones in our neighborhood to have an open plan and a three-car garage, which was later copied by some of our neighbors. To offset all the changes, I built a front deck.

I have easy access to two four-diamond casinos, Spokane International Airport, Olispe Raceway Park, Airway X Motocross Park, BnB Movie Theater, Indian Canyon Golf Course, Spokane Polo Club, International Beauty Education Center, and Fairchild Air Force Base. With all these options nearby, I have everything I need right at my fingertips.
