Nice stay

Cute, clean little house. It was a pleasant stay, in a nice area. Only suggestion would be to add a full-length mirror, but this is a comfortable place that we heartily recommend.

Fall getaway

Great property in great location on Cape Cod. 30 min drive for ferry to Nantucket. 2 minute walk to Beach within neighborhood. Cozy and quiet. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Perfect seaside getaway

Even during a rainy weekend, the cozy space was perfect for a weekend retreat. Quiet, comfortable, with amenities all very close by (within 15 minutes) it was a perfect mix of rural & convenient.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was a perfect size for 2 people. Quick walk to the beach or the Popponesset Marketplace. The house was well stocked, comfortable, and clean.

Great Property

My small family of 4 stayed at this property for a week and had a great time. It's a great location, the property has everything needed for a family of 4 including items for the beach. It's a quick walk to the marketplace and beach. Close driving to the Mashpee commons. We will definitely be booking this property again and again.

Perfect house in perfect location

This condo is perfect for a week away, is a minute walk from a private beach and comes with a built-in friendly community, restaurants, shops and mini-golf. Everything you need is provided so all you have to do is relax and enjoy. We hope to return next year

We had a perfect week. It was cozy comfortable clean and conveniently located. Very short walk to the ocean and short walk to a cute little shopping center. Lots of walking trails nearby too if you like to take walks

Really Nice stay. Very fun and friendly environment very close to the beach as long as you can walk with all your stuff your appliances and overall environment could use a little updating, it may be a few extras to help those who are more senior if that’s needed, but still a five star and a five star experience.

A very short walk to a nice beach, ocean view from the dining room. Tesla superchargers are conveniently 10 minutes away at Mashpee Commons made accessing the rest of the Cape very easy.

Week stay with 2 toddlers

Exactly as listed. Check in was easy and had no issues the whole week. Quick walk to the beach. The neighborhood is great and everyone was beyond friendly. Looking forward to next year already.

Wonderful Stay in New Seabury

I took 2 weeks to enjoy MaryAnne's wonderful cottage- one week for work and one for exploring. The cottage is so cozy and comfortable, and provided myself and a guest with enough room to relax and enjoy. The kitchen has everything you need and the outside has 2 patios! Ocean access and a short walk to the Marketplace shops and restaurants. Perfection! Thanks MaryAnne!

Hidden gem!

Such a great place for a family with younger kids. Mostly everything you would want/need on vacation is a pleasant walk away. Including the amazing beach!

Nice quiet place with good beach

The place is very clean and quiet. Condo complex looks like resort. All people around are very friendly and polite. The beach is very convenient, with fine sand and quite shallow, good for small kids. Stores and restaurants are within 10 minute drive. We would come again.

Flying Cloud

Cottage was very clean and comfortable. The location wasn’t ideal on a corner by the entrance to the village. A few things were missing that I expected such as a face cloth, extra toilet paper rolls and paper towels for the kitchen.

Nice, a bit hard to find

When we arrived (off-season) the property had not been cleaned. I called the owner/manager and she had the housekeeper come over while we were at dinner. Nice location, but the complex was a bit difficult to navigate. The property looked as it appeared in the pictures. I would stay here again.

Relaxing vacation

Pros: clean, quiet, beautiful small place for a vacation on the Cape. Access to beach was a short walk away and in a convenient location to attractions (Martha's Vineyard) Cons: the beach has been eroded and very difficult to access with water with all the rocks. We did find an amazing beach in Falmouth that was not crowded. Overall: An excellent vacation for us.
