- The lower unit is newly remodeled adding in private yard access, Gazebo and outdoor seating. Making this house 2 homes connected as one using same entrance.

- Featuring TWO living rooms! Big groups paradise. which one is counted as the 6th room, with one 55”-65” smart TV in each living room.

- 3 parking is included with this listing, 2 on the driveway and 1 blocking both cars by parallel parking. Additional street parking maybe available at first come first serve. please obey all posted signs and be sure to curb your wheels. Its truly an experience to see the amount of detail put into some of the designs of this home especially with the new unit B.

I am very meticulous when it comes to being clean, I pride myself with paying attention to details. Sheets gets replaced with new ones often to insure quality. All sheets and pillow cases gets washed after each use. I even use Diamond hotel standards with using a flat sheet between comforters to insure double the protection.

Bathroom tv is no longer supported with cable wires (non wifi), and is kept there for decor use.
