Excellent historic Savannah stay!

My husband and I loved our stay in this carriage house! It was in a perfect location in historic Savannah, extremely close to Forsyth and the rest of downtown. It was very clean with plenty of street parking. We would definitely stay here or at another of Lucky Savannah’s properties again!

Great studio

We spent 3 nights here and loved it. Quiet neighborhood, close to Forsyth Park and a short walk to downtown. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The only negative was the microwave. It took twice as long as usual to pop a bag of popcorn, and burned a hole in the bag. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot to stay.

This was the best area to stay in. I had not realized how close to Forsyth Park we would be. Also the Dot stops on Whitaker Street almost right on the lane we were on. Good for coming back from town. Great restaurants and shopping close by. The studio apartment was clean and comfortable. Great base for our adventures.

Charming stay

Staying in the historic district of Savannah is like stepping back in time, and my recent visit was nothing short of enchanting. The cobblestone streets, lined with majestic oak trees draped in Spanish moss, set a picturesque backdrop for a truly memorable experience. The accommodations I chose were charming and full of character, perfectly reflecting the city's rich history. My room was elegantly decorated with period furnishings, and the large windows offered stunning views of the surrounding architecture. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, with staff eager to share local tips and stories about the area. Exploring the historic district was a highlight of my stay. Each square is a gem, filled with lush greenery and historical monuments. I enjoyed leisurely strolls through Forsyth Park, where the iconic fountain is a must-see. The nearby historic homes, such as the Owens-Thomas House, provided fascinating insights into Savannah's past. Dining in the area was a delight, with numerous restaurants serving delicious Southern cuisine. I recommend trying the shrimp and grits at a local eatery; it was absolutely divine! Overall, my stay in Savannah's historic district was a wonderful blend of history, culture, and Southern hospitality. It’s a perfect destination for anyone looking to immerse themselves in a city that beautifully preserves its past while offering modern comforts. I can't wait for my next visit!

Great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really fantastic studio accommodation in a great spot. Perfect for a weekend getaway for one or two people. Smooth check in and easy check out process. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.
