Incredibly Convenient Spacious Condo

We loved our stay; the property is in wonderful shape, with very tasteful updates throughout. The kitchen was well-appointed and the dining and living rooms were spacious and served our large group (6) well.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great visit. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. With the exception of a few small issues, we were very happy with the unit. Leah was always helpful in noting issues and getting them fixed. She was friendly and professional, and is a real asset to the company.

Superb view of the lake, great location

We booked for the thanksgiving trip with family. The location of the property is very convenient, minutes from Tahoe city town. Most importantly, this unit is one of the few in that community that facing to the lake! You can view the sunrise, and sunset directly from the room! The only issue we had was the heater in the master room that rattles which creates very loud noise during the night, every two hours or so. Later I found out that when you set the temperature to right at 5 or below, the noise is gone since the heater won't start, but you will need a thick comforter at the night. Other than the heater issue, overall it's a great memory for us. We visited the Palisade ski resort, kings beach, and some random sled hill nearby. My daughter loved it.

Everything was clean, well kept, and well organized. Neal provided very clear check in and check out instructions. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities for cooking. The view from the condo is surreal! And great amenities, hot tub is perfect after a long day of skiing!

Great view near Tahoe City

Beautiful view in a great location. The condo fitted the needs of our family of 5 well. The condo has been well loved and is appointed similarly to most Tahoe rentals we have stayed in. We weren’t going to be able to cook a big meal there, but that was never in our plans. The heating system takes some getting used to (hint: when it’s cold crank it up as it takes about an hour to get going but keep it at 4 or 5 upstairs when going to bed or it’s too hot to sleep), but we eventually figured it out.

Love Lake Tahoe!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Lake Tahoe/Rocky Ridge for over 35 years. This rental property had not been updated at all and we will not rent it again. It has a spectacular view and the layout is great for entertaining but the bedding/bathrooms/ outdoor furniture/deck needs attention. The grounds at Rocky Ridge have been maintained in general - the upper pool hot tub was not working our last day or two. It is a beautiful setting - the beach access is awesome! We had fun with the bocce ball courts - walking trails - . Only disappointment was our rental unit -

The house had everything that was needed for the kitchen and we didn’t run out of anything. The management team was very accommodating and easy to work with. The only drawback we had was there were two HUGE spiders that scared us to death but that’s to be expected when you are staying in a house in the mountains.

The TV's were comically small and old (Den). The layout in the family room was not conducive to watching TV. Will kids who need TV entertainment, this is a show stopper for us.

The best rental in Tahoe

Both units have been spotless-I have a very high bar for spotless. The kitchen was stocked with more than enough dishes, cutlery, and baking pans. There were plenty of towels and linens. The units are great for entertaining fir the holidays. I was always able to get a person on the phone when calling ONeal. The responses were professional and kind! The views from the units are unmatched! Thank you for providing a wonderful setting! We can’t wait to return.
