Beautiful Place To Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely place to stay! Very accommodating,everything you need was there, cooking utensils, towels, soap ect. Views were breath taking.Pool and jaccuzi also had a beautiful view of the lake. Tennis courts were awesome! Great place for a family or just great get away for two.

Incredibly Convenient Spacious Condo

We loved our stay; the property is in wonderful shape, with very tasteful updates throughout. The kitchen was well-appointed and the dining and living rooms were spacious and served our large group (6) well.

Wonderful getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was in a great location, with a beautiful view of the lake and plenty of amazing amenities within the community. The place is a bit outdated but worked for what we needed. I know it’s in the woods so critters are around, wasn’t expecting to see them inside. I let the office know and they said they are on it. I’d stay again if the critter situation was taken care of.

Great views! Quiet location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view of the lake and quietness of the complex is fantastic. Beautiful view from the pool and access to the Burton Creek Trail. The unit itself was dated but clean. Plenty of linens. The couch was interesting and feathers were coming from the cushions? So we avoided using it. One slider was missing a screen door so couldn’t keep the door open which was a bummer. Only big complaint which really is not the owner’s fault was we found mice in the kitchen/downstairs. One dead and one (or more than one) running around. Unfortunately, put a big damper in the last two days with young kids being scared. We will rent again from this vacation rental company but probably pick a different unit next time.

Mice Ruined the Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On the first night, there was a mouse that ran under the sofa in the living room. The next day there were mice dropping in the entry and on the kitchen counters. We made sure to keep all the food in the cabinets or refrigerator. There is also droppings inside the drawer where they keep kitchen towels. On the last night there was a mouse knawing on something in the master bedroom in the middle of the night. The Mouse problem kept us from wanting to cook and relax. I know RR has always had mice problems. My father own #50 and there have been mice since I was young but he makes it a priority to rid them on a regular basis.

Great view near Tahoe City

Beautiful view in a great location. The condo fitted the needs of our family of 5 well. The condo has been well loved and is appointed similarly to most Tahoe rentals we have stayed in. We weren’t going to be able to cook a big meal there, but that was never in our plans. The heating system takes some getting used to (hint: when it’s cold crank it up as it takes about an hour to get going but keep it at 4 or 5 upstairs when going to bed or it’s too hot to sleep), but we eventually figured it out.

With the exception of a few small issues, we were very happy with the unit. Leah was always helpful in noting issues and getting them fixed. She was friendly and professional, and is a real asset to the company.

Superb view of the lake, great location

We booked for the thanksgiving trip with family. The location of the property is very convenient, minutes from Tahoe city town. Most importantly, this unit is one of the few in that community that facing to the lake! You can view the sunrise, and sunset directly from the room! The only issue we had was the heater in the master room that rattles which creates very loud noise during the night, every two hours or so. Later I found out that when you set the temperature to right at 5 or below, the noise is gone since the heater won't start, but you will need a thick comforter at the night. Other than the heater issue, overall it's a great memory for us. We visited the Palisade ski resort, kings beach, and some random sled hill nearby. My daughter loved it.

Amazing view and home

Everything was clean, well kept, and well organized. Neal provided very clear check in and check out instructions. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities for cooking. The view from the condo is surreal! And great amenities, hot tub is perfect after a long day of skiing!

Love Lake Tahoe!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Lake Tahoe/Rocky Ridge for over 35 years. This rental property had not been updated at all and we will not rent it again. It has a spectacular view and the layout is great for entertaining but the bedding/bathrooms/ outdoor furniture/deck needs attention. The grounds at Rocky Ridge have been maintained in general - the upper pool hot tub was not working our last day or two. It is a beautiful setting - the beach access is awesome! We had fun with the bocce ball courts - walking trails - . Only disappointment was our rental unit -

The house had everything that was needed for the kitchen and we didn’t run out of anything. The management team was very accommodating and easy to work with. The only drawback we had was there were two HUGE spiders that scared us to death but that’s to be expected when you are staying in a house in the mountains.

Spectacular Views- Perfect location to ski Squaw Valley

Unit 47

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed in many units at Rocky Ridge. We enjoyed the view of unit 47, and the unit was very clean. The TV's were comically small and old (Den). The layout in the family room was not conducive to watching TV. Will kids who need TV entertainment, this is a show stopper for us.
