När du kliver in genom dörren finns en fin delad nivå posten med en hall garderob för att lagra du outdoor. Följ stegen upp till vardagsrummet som är ljus och öppen med högt välvt tak, en stor vedeldad spis med rock surround en fönsterplats att koppla av på och en bar för underhållande. Matsalen är öppen för vardagsrummet med ett stort bord. Njut BBQing på den lugna baksidan däck eller slappa i solen. Den uppgraderade Köket har allt du kan behöva göra en måltid. Det finns en frukostplats utanför köket samt annan livsrum eller den eller extra sovplats som soffan gör i en säng. Det finns en toalett på denna nivå. Nere i de två rummen finns konverterings sängar som kan göras upp i två kungar eller fyra Twins beroende på behov (bilder visar sängar som Kings). Restful Retreat

Cassie was extremely helpful in finding us a new unit, #113. Overall we love the location and the unit was quite roomy. We appreciate the amazing customer service and would definitely stay here again.

The only problem we had was it was very difficult to find an night when snow was covering street signs etc. A map of rocky ridge complex would have been helpful.

Great family and friends getaway

The place was clean, well-appointed, and plenty large for our group of six adults plus kids. And the location was great—just a short drive into Tahoe City. Host was very responsive and we had no issues.

I can’t say enough lol! Great location! Quiet, safe & beautiful. We came with my 2 little girls, hubby, mom & MIL. The home was perfect, clean & fully equipped. We all had such a great time. I will be definitely back in the winter. Little thing that can be fixed is the Squeaky master bed lol. This is booked up most of the time in the summer. Beautiful trails to walk. Very very safe for children. They have multiple pools, tennis court, pickle ball court & a playground! If you come , you will not be disappointed. I hope you enjoyed my review. Very comfortable and clean

It was unseasonable cool this year so we did not use the private beach or pool as much as we would have liked but they looked great. For mtn bikers there is good riding right out the front door in Burton Creek State Park. Would recommend to friends.

Will stay again

Great stay. Home was clean, kitchen was well stocked, and location was good. We were 6 adults and 3 kids (3 and under) and there was ample space. Only thing is that one bedroom with bunk beds does not have heat. There’s a small space heater but during our stay it dropped to 10 degrees and that room had a cold draft. Otherwise the house was great and we plan to stay again. If AC is installed we would stay during summer months too!

Our vacation at Rocky Ridge # 113

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rocky Ridge is a beautiful gated community near Tahoe City. The views of the lake on the ride up to the condos is magnificent. It has 2 pools and the lakeside pool is very nice. 113 is a very spacious condo located on the top of the hill right next to the State trail. I mention this cause we had 2 events with black bears. Be sure to lock your car doors cause I can vouch for the fact that they know how to open the doors.The condo has plenty of towels & linens, but the kitchen could use some new pots and pans. We also had an issue with the refrigerator not cooling on our arrival. We had to get some ice and an extra cooler to keep our diary products from spoiling .

Absolutely Beautiful

This property is absolutely amazing! Breathtaking views. Gorgeous walks. The home was beyond gorgeous and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen and rooms are well equipped for your stay. We enjoyed cooking and snuggling up by the fire. The park was great for our kids. We want to come back ASAP! The only bummer was that It said the Winter pool was open and it is not. But other than that- Five Stars!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location close to town. Beach club is off site so you have to drove there but overall value of property was great. Would love to stay here again.

Needs new widow coverings, Better lightin, Proper kitchen knives

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this same unit 113 last year. It needs 2 proper kitchen knives- a chefs knife and a paring knife. It needs to have the old mini blinds replaced with good window coverings for light and heat control. The kitchen window blind has a cord that hangs down and is a hazard for children. Our 2 year old grandchild immediately started playing with it. Fortunately I saw her and secured the cord out of reach. I think those blinds are actually illigal in CA. And last, the lighting is much too dim everywhere except the kitchen. Owners need better bulbs and more lamps especially in the living room!!! Please evaluate this property for these issues and get back to me. Mary Nahas

2017 Family get together

Enjoyed both pools, tennis and walks. Jet skiing, private beach was great, biking to Sunnyside, hikes. Glad to read that this unit was bought recently and will be upgraded. The kitchen especially needs upgrading and lacked proper pots/pans, a can opener that works, etc.

Family Reunion at Rocky Ridge

Swimming, bocci ball, playground for the kids, tennis. #113 was beautifully decorated, plenty of towels, even beach towels. Great gas BBQ for dinners on the deck. Jakes on the Lake was perfect for our last dinner together. Hike up to Eagle Lake was enjoyed by the hikers in our family as well as many activities on the lake. Great memories. We'll be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No surprises on general location and condition, which were convenient to lake, Tahoe City, and Burton Creek state park. Surprise was that unit hadn't been occupied since August, and probably hadn't been meaningfully cleaned since then -- several toilets were disgusting (water crud?) and refrigerator contained milk and yogurt with expiration dates from August. Yuck. Agent who took reservation didn't give accurate directions to unit -- we had to walk around in the dark on our arrival to figure out which unit was ours. Unit wasn't on the street/turn given by the reservation agent.
