Read Review Before Renting!!!
Every July we rent for a month in Tahoe and are use to a much higher standard at our rentals. Right from the beginning with them changing the rate on us, this has NOT been a positive experience.
âąupon arrival the front porch was stacked with boxes blocking our way to the deck
âąfront door was left ajar, and the keyboard appears âdeadâ so canât lock when we leave!
âąfridge still had food in it with ice cream melting in fridge! Had to clean ourselves.
âąfloors were not swept
âąopened the hall closet and some sort of glass mosaic fell out and there was glass all over the place
âąthere was an iron but no ironing board- makes it quite difficult to iron without a board!
âąfan remote missing in first bedroom
âąrod holding the curtain is coming off the wall and crooked
âąface towel in that bedroom bathroom was dirty- full of toothpaste, and the cleaning sponge was left in the shower. There is no hand soap in that bathroom.
âąguest bathroom has only one of six bulbs working
âąoutside porch light out as well
âąBBQ was out of propane
âąno dish soap or garbage bags in the kitchen
âąwe were under the impression there was air conditioning at the cabin- this is FALSE advertising!!! would be nice if there was a dining table on deck versus one broken chair, one hanging by a thread and two others for a house that accommodates 9
âąwe had no idea that we would not have use of a garage until the day before, nor that someone else is on premise as a renter. That should be clearly stated in the description
