Ett sublimt ställe att bo med ett komplett gourmetkök och två sovrum är detta hus otroligt bekvämt. Sovrummen har fyra sängar med nya high-end madrasser, fina sängkläder och duntäcken. Underbart nytt badrum i marmor, glas och kakel med takvärmare för härligt varma duschar. Massor av kvalitet handdukar och en hårtork tillhandahålls. Husdjur och barnvänligt med en veranda omgiven av en säkert inhägnad gård. Främre laddning Tvättmaskin / torktumlare med leveranser inklusive ett strykjärn. Köket är komplett med kvalitetspannor, riktiga knivar, mixer, antika diskar och äkta silvervaror, massor av praktiska köksredskap ... värda Thanksgiving Middag eller avslappnade BBQ måltider för familjen.

Det finns en stor platt-TV, BlueRay DVD-spelare och Wi-Fi tillhandahålls. Också ett litet bibliotek med böcker och DVD-skivor. Tillräckligt med utrymme i båda rummen för ett litet kontor inrättat.

Endast två kvarter från The Horse Gulch Trail System som erbjuder mountainbike- och vandringsleder i världsklass ... en fantastisk plats att vandra hundar på. Durango Natural Foods Livsmedelsaffär ligger tvärs över gatan samt flera andra frukost-, lunch- och kaffebarer. Den korta promenad till centrum är längs 6: e gatan som är full av eklektiska butiker och restauranger. Tillräckligt nära för att gå till tågstationen eller upp till högskolan. Med en plats som denna är bilen valfri, men om du har en finns en parkeringsplats utanför gatan bara några steg från ytterdörren.

Winter break trip

We planned a winter break trip to ski and explore Durango, this place was perfect. Having the small market and downtown within walking distance was really nice, and the house was so cozy at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much!

Would Stay Again

Our stay was very cozy and we had everything we needed. The property was cute and the house was clean and welcoming. The beds were a bit too soft, but when I mentioned this upon our departure, Holly was very open to feedback. Looking forward to visiting Durango again!

Great little house

Everything was exactly as advertised, and the location was perfect for getting to downtown. We had a small issue while we were there and the host was super responsive and worked with us to solve it quickly.

Excellent Property!

Loved our stay! House is very well located and offers easy walking to downtown. Obviously with close proximity comes noise. 8th avenue is a major thruway and more than a few chowderheads blasted by with no muffler, screaming diesels, etc. Next time we’ll try to stay in the studio in the back since it’s off the road. Unit is extremely well provisioned! Holly is responsive and kind. We’ll definitely use one of her properties again.

Thoughtfully appointed

We really enjoyed our stay here. The host has thought of everything. Usually there are a couple of things I need to buy, but not this stay. Everything we needed was there. The location is busy, but super convenient and walkable. There is a creek side trail on the street behind the property, access to the Gulch trail system within a 2 minute walk, and 2 good restaurants right next to the home. From the photos it wasn’t clear to me that the property is 2 units - the 2 bedroom is in front the and studio is in back. The studio has the larger yard if that matters to you. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Busy week

The house was charming, comfortable, and clean. The location was very convenient to campus and downtown. It’s on a busy road but that wasn’t a problem for us. We would stay there again.

Cute spot near downtown

Location makes for easy walks to downtown or local shops and restaurants. Very clean and nicely appointed and comfortable. Tavern across the street can be noisy and road in front is busy, but with doors/windows shut you hardly notice.

Don’t hesitate to stay here

The property is well-located for sight-seeing Durango. You can walk to the train and/or downtown restaurants. The house is comfy and cozy. Off-street parking is great. The hosts are great people! We had an unfortunate problem come up while staying and they were unbelievable in working with us to resolve it. I’d stay here again anytime!

Quaint and close to town

My husband and I stayed here during Thanksgiving 2024 for the week with our dogs. We love Durango and it's always so hard to find places that have fenced in yards. We enjoyed how close to town it is and that there was a convenient parking spot right in front. Even though there are two bedrooms, it's quite small and I can't imagine sharing space with two other adults. It worked well for us during our stay, and Holly the host was so nice and easy to communicate with! I'm sure we will be back again.

Short but sweet stay

My daughter and our two dogs came to Durango to visit my son for his birthday. This property was a perfect location within the grid and down to he street from my sons apartment. Very clean house fully stocked with all the necessities and super cute. The host Holly, was very accessible and accommodating. We would be happy to stay here again on our next trip to Durango.

Great 2 bedroom casa! Clean, well equipped to cook in the kitchen or grilling out. 8 blocks from downtown Durango. We take advantage of that 80% of the time since it beats having to drive and find parking. It's just the perfect VRBO located in Durango! Owners are very responsive if you should have any question or needs.

HOME SWEET HOME

This was our 2nd stay at the ST. F House..as always everything we needed and more. Even our dog recognized it from a year ago! Everything went smoothly...all the amenities we needed, and Holly worked it out so we got the days we needed without hassle and for a very fair price.. So much better than a hotel room! Thanks Holly. Hopefully we will have a home to stay in by next spring!

What a beautiful house in a perfect location. Holly and Ben are the perfect host. They really pay attention to the small details. Everything we needed was available. Comfortable beds to a coffee grinder for a fresh cup of coffee. The check I. Was streamless. We will be back!

Cosy cottage in ideal location

We arrived in heavy snow, but heating had been turned on, and we immediately felt at home. Parking right outside; wholefood grocery and liquor store opposite, so settled in easily. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the bed firm and comfortable. There is a very efficient gas heater, but an electric fan heater is also provided. The cottage is very close to downtown Durango, and Durango is a great hub for all sorts of outdoor activities and scenic drives. We loved our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend it to any couple.

The location is very much downtown with three breakfast places within a block, and the local food co-op grocery store right across the street. If you don't want to drive and you want a house instead of a condo, this is your place.

Unique decor, and a real house with character. This is a super comfortable house with all the trappings. We have paid much attention to the details: super nice beds and linens, hand made soap, La Creuset pans, Weber Grill, original Art. We have really had fun making this place special.
