Perfect perfect perfect

Rented this property for my bachelorette party with my girl friends and it was absolutely perfect. Linda (the host) is amazing. Great central location to get around. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Rio Vista Gem

We had a great stay in Rio Vista at Linda's property. She was a great host, easy and fast to communicate with and gracious with us as we navigated a few unexpected bumps with our stay! Would definitely recommend the house- it is beautiful and peaceful!

Bachelor Party

Great communication and easy check in with Linda. She was very responsive and the instructions were easy to follow. Me and a group of guys went for a bachelor party and this was the perfect size photo. The pictures in listing really doesn’t do the house and size of the property justice. The backyard area was great and spent most of our time out here. Note: wasn’t a big deal but one of rooms listed had two twin beds but it was 4 queen size beds.

Great Home in a Great Location

The house was very clean and well equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home during your stay. The home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just a short drive or ride from the beach, airport and grocery stores. Linda was very quick to respond with any questions regarding our stay. Check in and check our were a super quick and easy. Highly recommended.

College Reunion in Fort Lauderdale

The good: the house was well appointed with towels, a firepit that included firewood, a Keurig with coffee provided, and a great location! The weird: the home seems like it's the owner's primary residence and at one point, a teenage boy needed to come in the house to retrieve his shoes (with our permission). The gross: The pool needs a good scrubbing. We did not swim because the pool was not inviting. Beyond that, there was dog feces in the backyard that we needed to step around. The broken: The door to the backyard sticks, and we had a very tough time getting into the backyard on multiple occasions. All in all, I'd recommend the property - even with the good, weird, gross, and broken aspects of it!

Great Location and beautiful quiet neighborhood

My family and I rented this beautiful home in Fort Lauderdale this past weekend. We were in town for a family wedding and decided to rent a home so that we could all stay together. We were 7 adults total. Linda, the property owner, was very pleasant and was responsive to all my questions from the moment i booked the reservation. She was also allowed us to do an early check-in of 10 am and a late checkout of 12 pm . Overall the home is exactly what you see in the photos. It is located on a quiet street located minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale, Fort Lauderdale Beach, and the airport. The home is beautiful, tastefully furnished, and equipped with everything you can possibly need during your stay. While we enjoyed our stay very much, i did provide some feedback about some areas of the home that were not cleaned very well. Some of the furniture had pet hair which some of us were very allergic to. Also the pool could have been cleaner. While the water was clear the diamond-brite looked stained. Also the landscaping in the backyard along the fence looked like it needed some maintenance. Other that these things, we really loved the house and we would highly recommend the home. Stunning property

A designer's home!

If beautiful interiors and artistically crafted spaces are important to you, then this is the house for you! Every detail of this home has been thoughtfully curated by the hand of a super talented designer and artist. Being in the space she's created will make you feel inspired and fortunate to experience the beauty that surrounds! The room scapes look as if they came right off the pages of a magazine. The backyard is also a style haven. The pool area is surrounded by lush tropical landscape and is the perfect backdrop for floating the day away in the pool or gathering under the stars for an al fresco dinner. The entire neighborhood echoes the same feel. Each distinguished home is altogether unique and spectacular. This home has all of the wow of an art gallery with none of the fuss. Her stylish yet comfy, laid back vibe will leave you wanting to extend your stay (or move in)! Love. Love. Loved it!

WONDERFUL!!!!

My family and I really enjoyed our time at this property. From the moment we walked in, till the day we left. Linda was so kind in allowing us to stay in her home for our family's vacation, once we arrived back from our cruise. This house was so beautifully decorated, and very comfortable for all 7 of us. There were plenty of amenities for us, and the pool was a very pleasant treat, when we come home in the evenings. We had a family BBQ, and really enjoyed sitting out by the pool. Thank you Linda so much for this special time we were able to share! W. Clark

Wow! More than I expected!

My family stayed at the Clark's magnificent home for a week in February/2016. My husband and I, our two sons with my amazing daughters in law and my 2 grandchildren, ages 12 and 14. The house is very large with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms, including the Master Suite. The Master Suite was very private massive and comfortable. The beautiful Kitchen and Great Room is large and well stocked with more than enough cooking/silverware/dishes etc. The dining room has a very large table, which seated all of us with room to spare. The living room is lovely, bright and open just like the rest of the house. We did not spend time in there because the Great Room was comfortable for all of us together. The garage was open to us to use anything we wanted including bicycles and so much more. The backyard had a lovely pool (too cold for us to enjoy, unfortunately) and the children loved the trampoline. The neighborhood was amazing (and the neighbors were friendly). We went on daily walks to explore the unique homes and gardens. The home is close to shopping, Fort Lauderdale Beach, Los Alos Boulevard and so much more. The Clarks left us a book of information including local sights, restaurants and even how to get in touch with them, if needed. We did have a car with us. I would recommend this House to my friends and anyone else interested in a wonderful opportunity to live the life in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

We purchased this home for its size, style and location. It is located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, close to the things that we love; the beach, lots of water, restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood is very nice and the people very friendly.
