The living room features a comfortable queen sofa bed, perfect for additional guests or afternoon naps after a day at the beach. Adjacent to the living area is a full kitchen equipped with modern appliances, ample counter space, and a starter set of coffee, tea, cooking oil, spices, salt and pepper, ensuring your culinary needs are met.

The condo boasts two beautifully appointed bedrooms for a restful night's sleep. The primary bedroom boasts a plush queen-size bed and an ensuite full bathroom for added convenience. The second bedroom is perfect for children or additional guests, offering a queen bed.

All linens, including towels, sheets, pillowcases, and washcloths, are provided for your comfort. Additionally, complimentary WiFi and in-unit laundry facilities are included for your convenience.

Oasis North also provides one free assigned parking space under the building, with additional free street parking available nearby.

The condo is located on the third floor of the building, with no elevator.

PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee.

* At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the dumpster in the parking lot.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent.

Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
