Right on the beach ! Amazing sunsets on this main gulf front beach condo on the Gulf of America. Popular Southern Sands condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Sleeps 4. Kitchen has a Kerig coffee pot and a regular coffee pot. Primary bedroom has a king bed and a nice tiled shower. Second bedroom walks out on the balcony . Kitchen and den open up to a large balcony overlooking the Gulf of America. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, Hang Out intersection, and other local hot spots. Enjoy your visit to popular Gulf Shores, Alabama. Updates include new flooring throughout, new master bed, and new sliding doors. NO PETS NO SMOKING UNIT. All light fixtures and fans are new. Great long weekend getaway!

This was our second time staying in this owners unit. Highly recommend renting this property or any property from this owner. There was great communication with the owner. They were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The unit was very clean and homey. The complex is very low key and quite. Beach area was not over crowded.

Great location

This newly updated condo is in a perfect location. It is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The interior of the condo has a cute beachy feel with comfortable furnishings. The view of the gulf is amazing from the balcony. We would absolutely stay here again.

2024 Summer Vacation

The property was recently updated from the previous year when we stayed. New flooring and furniture added a nice touch. Loved the location to the beach and the pool. Very convenient to walk to many shops and restaurants. We had another great week at Gulf Shores.

Best location for beach access, shopping and restaurants.

Loved the view from our condo, easy walk from property to the water. Pool was nice and never overcrowded.

We absolutely love the location of this condo complex. You can enjoy walking on the sideways or riding a bike to several hot spots; Restuarants and Shopping. Five minutes to Walmart on Ft Morgan Road. Park your car after a long drive to Gulf Shores and walk to just about anything you need for you vacation.
