- There is a lower unit attached to this home that is separate from this listing. There is no access or any shared spaces with this unit or guests. Please be courteous of your downstairs neighbors (i.e. no running, jumping, loud music, excessive noise, etc.)

- This home is near the airport so you may hear noise from the planes flying by. However, we have installed double paned windows to help minimize noise. We also provide earplugs and white noise/sleep sound machines in all the bedrooms.

- To provide protection for our guest and property, the home is equipped with a noise monitoring system that detects decibel levels throughout the home (it does not record audio) and outdoor security cameras (only records when motion is detected).
