Newly-constructed house, minutes from the Ark Encounter, with Hot Tub.

Our house has all the amenities of new construction including a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, hot tub, fire pit, and a basement living room. Located on the edge of Lake Polliwog in Dry Ridge, there is plenty of room for the whole family. Every bedroom and living room has a TV, and we have included games and other activities in the home.

The property was a short drive from the Ark. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for 7 of us.

Retreat "home base"

Several of us ladies from Michigan went to a ladies conference at the Ark. The house was perfect to have a place to share breakfast together before heading to The Ark just 7 minutes away. In the evening we enjoyed walking around a nice little park, the hot tub on the deck and watching a movie on the TV in the living room. We would definitely recommend this home for a family or group to stay in.

Ark encounter trip

The house was clean and of great size. You can tell it is very new. We had 4 11 and 12 year olds with us and they had a blast in the hot tub and nearby lake.

Nice place!

Really enjoyed our stay here...clean, modern, well done, convenient and easy to check in and out. Would definitely stay here again! The little pond right next to the property was great for the kids to go fishing. We saw ducks with their ducklings and the back of the property is open and well kept as well. Highly recommend. :)

Beautiful property, close to Ark Encounter

Beautiful new property. Great communication with Brad. Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds and bedding. New hot tub. 7 minutes from the Ark Encounter, 38 from the Creation Museum. Adjacent to a City Park with lake, fishing, walking path, playground, skate park. We enjoyed our visit immensely and would highly recommend 54 Race Street, Dry Ridge Ky!

Cool and Comfortable

Very spacious and open family rooms on both floors. Beautifully decorated. Loved that there is central air conditioning for hot summer days. Kids had plenty of fun at the basketball court at the bottom of the backyard hill. They also played blitz ball with neighboring guests. Beds and bedrooms were large and plenty of room in the master suite upstairs. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this lovely home.
