Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, this villa offers expansive ocean and sunset views. Nested on a 1/2 acre lot, refreshing pool, central A/C. Features: Vaulted ceilings, 10ft ceilings, TV & high end cotton linen in each bedroom. Open floor plan with large, fully stocked chefs kitchen, generous living & dining areas. Only 5 minutes away from shopping, beach & downtown Kailua Kona.

This property is amazing. Location is convenient, views are spectacular and it is immaculate. They have really thought of everything including wire baskets for laundry sorting that also served as convenient storage for provided towels to take to the beach. Great place for a family to stay in the Kona area.

The house was amazing. Everything was as stated in the listing. There was snorkel equipment and floaties to use. I reached out to management on one thing & got responses in minutes so very responsive. Lots of pots and pans and plates & utensils to use.

We found our home away from home in this beautiful property. A perfect location as our home base. Perfect house for family on Big Island.

The house was impeccable and so well stocked. The view is amazing and the pool was perfect, perfect temp and set up for kids. We were in it Eve dry day. We loved the location. We will definitely come stay again next time on the big island!

Nice location

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house was very nice and well set up. Comfortable house. Used the low beach chairs. Glad they had them for our use. Needed a little maintenance on outdoor shrubs and trees. I would recommend this place.

Absolutely amazing

We’ve rented many vacation rentals over the years but none have come even close to this one. Every inch of the property was immaculate. We are looking forward to booking another trip to the BI and can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

Hawaii vacation

The house was immaculate, I was really impressed. I’ve stayed in many rentals and this house was one of the best. Heated pool, very comfortable beds, games, beach supplies, tvs in every room with all of the streaming services, the works! I would recommend this house to anybody.

The home was perfect for my family. We traveled with our two adult children and a teen, and it had plenty of space for all of us. The house was very clean, well-stocked, and truly felt like a home away from home. The furniture inside was comfortable for relaxing, and the patio furniture on the lanai was perfect for enjoying morning coffee. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals, and the location was convenient, just a short drive to grocery stores and other necessities.The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and the property felt private, giving us a peaceful retreat. We loved watching the sunset every evening and seeing the cruise ship come into port. The pool, well maintained grill, and outdoor space made our stay even more enjoyable and gave us plenty of room to relax together as a family. A bonus was having pool toys, a cooler, and beach chairs available for us — they really thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and easy.The host was excellent; very responsive and quick to answer our questions. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends. The only suggestion we have is to trim the hedges off the lanai a bit lower to make the ocean views even easier to enjoy from the lounge furniture.

Great place for families.

The house was very clean and the floor plan was great for families. The property manager contact was a breeze to work with. We had a hiccup with breaking off a shower head and it was fixed by a handyman within 2 hours. The pool was wonderful. Lots of interesting critters running through property—mongoose, wild pigs and chickens! Would definitely stay here again.

Great property!

In the past our Vrbo stays have not ever been as advertised- from little inconsistencies to very big ones. This property was clean, the sheets nice, the grounds very well kept. Pool maintenance came multiple times during our stay. Overall I would 100% come back!!!
