Denna vackra ö hem, är 100 meter från stranden, och kommer att ge en fantastisk semester upplevelse. Denna vackra 5000 kvadratmeter hem ligger i Kona Bay Estates. Kona Bay Estates är en exklusiv, liten, gated-bevakad gemenskap. Gemenskapen ligger på en sällsynt lagun med en sandstrand som är känd för att vara säker för barn, och som är användbar året runt.

Detta tre våningar hem är idealiskt beläget i en privat gated och bevakad gemenskap inom gångavstånd till stan och ligger 100 meter från stranden. Detta hem inkluderar en pool, många lanais, garage och utsikt över Kailua-Bay.

Keiki Beach Hale, byggd 2003 med 5000 kvadratmeter boyta, innehåller ett stort sovrum med egen lanai, ingångsöppen dusch och stort badkar. Det stora sovrummet har också egen TV och en king size-säng. Två andra sovrum, ett med king size och ett med queen size-säng, ligger också på tredje våningen. AC tillhandahålls endast i sovrummen.

På huvudvåningen finns ett stort modernt kök med bänkskivor i granit, bar, sittgrupp nära kök, matplats på den bifogade Lanai, vardagsrum och ett andra stort familjerum på baksidan Lanai. Det finns ett ytterligare sovrum med en king size-säng på bottenvåningen också. Det finns totalt 3 5 badrum i hela hemmet.

Den nedre våningen har ett nöjesrum med halv kök med handfat / mikrovågsugn / kylskåp och storbilds-TV. Det finns två soffa futons som kan användas för extra sovande. Detta rum öppnar till poolen och har ett badrum.

Kona Bay Estates ligger intill gemenskapens tennisbanor, fotbollsplaner och det offentliga gymnasiet med en stor pool.

First VRBO experience did not disappoint!

This property lived up to the description on line! Having never used VRBO before we weren’t sure what to expect, but this VRBO is absolutely beautiful! Very clean and spacious home! We had a fantastic week!

Homecoming

My family migrated to the Big Island in 1902 and I have fond memories of visiting them there so this was a nostalgic trip for me. This property was a wonderful homebase for our excursions. You could honestly never get in your car and have a beautiful vacation with the private pool, access to a protected beach perfect for littles and walking distance to shops and restaurants. It does have a lot of stairs and slate floors which are beautiful but may be challenging for seniors and small children. We were there with extended family and there were plenty of places to congregate and also get away for quiet time. We would stay again. We had a wonderful time.

Fabulous location

Fabulous location for a family vacation two children and 5 adults. Plenty of room for everyone. Private pool plus a quick walk to the beach. Close to shopping and restaurants and only 15 minutes from airport. Definitely would rent this place again for our next family vacation. Plus there was great communication from rental property and concierge.

Family Vacation

Had a great time! Home met all our needs and was very comfortable and clean. We liked the walkability to beach, town and community center. Two camp chairs were provided. A few beach chairs would have been appreciated by our group.

What a great spot!

This was the first time my kids and their spouses came along with me for Christmas after a divorce last year. It was such a great time for all of us and perfect set up for the baby too! They did tell me that there was not a pack and play, but there was one in the master closet. This house had a lot of stairs, which was rough for me after a hip replacement, but really strengthen my hip in the long run! The whole set up was great and we were very grateful for the management company as well! They were easy to contact via text and we’re very quick to respond to anything we had questions about or needed. I would definitely stay here with my family again!

Exquisite!

The photos do not do justice to the cleanliness, location, and beauty of this home. There is a gorgeous balcony off the primary bathroom with an ocean view where the breeze is glorious. The bedrooms and main floor are air conditioned which is a rare find in Hawaii. The house has everything you need, pool toys, beach toys, a fully stocked kitchen you could cook anything in. You will not regret booking this property!

Great place for a vacation!

Overall the stay was good. The house was clean, had all the basic necessities we needed for our stay. Of course if you plan on cooking a lot the variety of spices that are in stock at the house is limited, but that’s not why we choose this location. We choose it because of its location for places to eat and it's proximity to the queens bath. the A/C i. the 3 bedrooms ups stairs all didn't cool, Friday, the day we arrived. luckily i was able to call management, and they sent a tech out to troubleshoot. he charged the A/C and everything was fine. On Monday, we noticed that the master bedroom A/C stopped cooling in the morning when we woke up. I called management again and they sent a tech out again. they called back and said they could install a window unit because the part they needed was off the island. i agreed and by the time we got back from being out that day, the window unit was installed and cooling the room. by Wednesday, the other two bedrooms had to have window units installed as well. all in all, its a beautiful home and would stay again despite the A/C issues.

Gorgeous and comfortable!!

We came to the Big Island for a wedding and chose this house to give our group of 8 plenty of room to spread out. It is a beautifully maintained house, well appointed, and has gorgeous views and landscaping. We loved the security of being in a gated community that is so close to everything and just a short walk to the beautiful beach/tide pool where we were able to swim and snorkel.

Such a great stay!

We loved our time at the house. It is perfect for small families or groups of adults. Plenty of room for when you need your own space. Short walk to the sandy beach and community pool. The pool at the house was also great and the set up as a whole worked well for us two small families

Wonderful stay

The house is amazing. Lots of space for everyone. Kids loved the downstairs room with the huge tv during downtime. The pool is wonderful to have, though the large vacuum that has to stay in the pool at all times is a bit of a drag. Since it's already a smaller pool it takes up a lot of space when the kids are trying to play. Not a deal breaker but worth mentioning. The AC in the bedrooms work very well. Without them it would be miserable to try and sleep in July. Short walk to a little beach that has a nice tide pool to swim in at low tide. Overall we had a wonderful week and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

we stayed at this property as my son's wedding was held at Hale. it's in walking distance to down town Kona. we had a group of 7 Adults and we each had our own room. very spacious for all of us.

Convenient Location

Property exceeded our expectations had seven adults nobody felt crowded lots of outdoor space to get away fantastic screened in porches for visiting and eating away from the bugs.

Relaxing Family Vacation

Stayed here for 2 weeks for a family vacation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Easy 15 minute walk into town and about a 2 minute stroll to the beach. Management company was very responsive to our questions and the community felt very safe with 24 hour security patrol. All in all a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
