Fun family trip

Thank you to John for the hospitality, the house was well stocked and very accommodating for the large family that stayed thru the week. Good location, close to small beaches that are lovely and good restaurants too. Would come Back

Great location for a relaxing birthday weekend

Comfortable House and Good Location

Charming farm house in Dennis Port. Good central location on the Cape. Walking distance to good places to eat and two small beaches. Host is friendly and helpful.

Great stay in the Cape

The property was a great home away from home while we spent a few weeks in the Cape. The location was great with easy access to beaches and restaurants and playgrounds for the kids. The outdoor space was fantastic with breakfast on the porch or dinner outside and room to play. The property was well stock with the basics and was very comfortable.

Family trip

We had a great time at the Chase and Wine house. Great location, plenty of space. We loved hanging on the porch and grilling at night. Walking distance to restaurants and beach.

Great house for families!

We really enjoyed the house. The kitchen and upstairs bathroom were newly renovated and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need! The owner was very easy to reach. We plan on returning next year.

Loved, loved it.

We loved the house, especially sitting on the porch. It was the perfect size for our family of 9. The kids loved "rooming" together. It was easy to walk to so much in town. We would definitely come back for another stay. Thanks John for being so accommodating and easy to reach.

Absolutly WONDERFUL

A great 4th of July week spent with family. The house is in a perfect location, has all the things you need inside and out and turns a week away into great family memories. House is great for families with plenty of outside entertaining spaces. A short walk to the beach or a stroll to local restaurants or ice cream shop rounds out the day perfectly. A must stay. Thanks again for sharing your house!

Love it

I rented this wonderful farm house with my 4 sisters and brother in laws. We loved the location and all the shops that were in walking distances of the of the house. We enjoyed the Wee Packet for breakfast several times - great service and wonderful food also love the shopping directly behind the Wee Packet. The house had everything we needed, games, puzzles, washer and dryer. The yard was wonderful with everything needed to sit outside and enjoy the weather.

spacious and cozy

My family and our friends just recently had a fantastic stay at Chase n' wine. The house was the perfect size for our two families to share. (4 adults and 5 children). The kids (ages 7-11) had a lot of fun playing In the yard And also plenty of room for them all to relax and watch a movie at the end of the day. The house is in a perfect location, it is close to many of the activities we had planned. We Will definitely be planning another trip to Chase n' wine hopefully in the near future! !

Great Family Stay

Fabulous week @ Chase n Wine. We brought our bikes for easy rides to the beach, which I highly recommend. The kitchen has almost anything you would need for meal prep and is beautiful. We spent most of our time outside on the porch or in the side yard. The whole family LOVED the outdoor shower!!!. Would love to return. Thanks for a great week

Perfect Cape Cod Vacation

We stayed at this beautiful house for a week in August. It was spectacular! The house was huge & welcoming! The decor boosts the feeling of being on The Cape! Just beautiful! It is close to everything so we ventured out to have the best time possible! The owners were fantastic with all of our questions and super friendly! We would love to stay here again!

Welcome to our home...happily named "Chase N Wine".
Captain Benjamin Chase bought the house in 1899 and lived here for many years (the farmhouse was built in the 1870's) One unique feature of the house is the Cape Cod style porch that catches every ocean breeze. As we sit on the front porch sipping wine, and knowing its history (the many summer gatherings of days gone by) we had no other option but to give this lovely home it's name Chase.....Wine.

You can basically walk anywhere in Dennis Port from this central location, beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. No need to get in you car for anything.
