Nice location!

Close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. In a nice neighborhood that was easy to walk my dog. Plenty of room for our kids and grandkids to stay.

Excellent location

We had a great experience at this location. The place was big enough to accommodate 8 people with enough room for separation and the 2 bathrooms were key. Nice fire pit outdoors and grill. We had a couple concerns about ac and hot water being extremely hot that were addressed right away. Kitchen is a little small but totally workable. Thanks for a wonderfully week!

Friend & Family vacation

This house has great potential. It is in need of a deep clean. We went as two families and the house set up was great for that. Each wing of the house has two bedroom and bathroom on it, which was great. The hot water in the house was very hot, use caution if you have little kids. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and in a nice great mid Cape area to get to plenty of activities. There is a Stop and Shop, CVS and Dollar Tree 10 minutes from the house

Fine for our needs

We enjoyed our stay but were not as comfortable as we would have liked. Older visitors need more cushions, seat backs, safety rails on the egress stairs, and better air conditioners. They were loud.. Windows were hard to open and some of the cranks didn't work. There were only 4 TV channels and no Netflix password. We brought our own towels and sheets as instructed and happy we brought a kitchen towel. We were grateful for the extra pillows. Beds were comfortable. We expected shower soap, salt and maybe zip lock bags but there were none. Thank goodness we found a small fan. We won't return to this dated but adequate property. The location was good for our needs.

Great location and family friendly

Convenient location, quick drive to a number of beaches, mini golf, restaurants etc... We really enjoyed the two separate hallways for privacy. Property owner was very attentive. Would recommend to others.

Great cottage. A little dated.

Had a wonderful time in this cute little cottage! It’s a little dated but did the job. Within walking distance to a beach (a little weedy) but within close driving distance to a few other great beaches! The location was great and close to downtown shopping/food. It was also helpful to know in advance that you needed to bring your own sheets. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

Property was well kept. Appreciate the notification to bring bedding items.

The house was very nice. A bit small for our group, but it worked out OK. We appreciated your notifications on thr bedding items,although we were surprised that these were not provided. Would recommend in the future providing thr bedding or at least let the renters know initially to bring thr bedding, sheets and pillow cases. We appreciated the air conditioning as it came in handy when it turn humid. Overall the stay was a pleasant visit, thank you for the experience. Ed Sugai

Very Cape Like!

Can't say enough about how helpful Christine (the owner) was to us~ She was always available to answer any questions, (both before and during our stay!) The house was clean, and air conditioning worked well as it was humid the week we were there! Short distance to the beach was a plus and all the information she left for us helped us navigate our way around!

Great time!!

The house was small but overall a great stay especially sense the entire time we were there was spent on the beach! The beach was within walking distance from the house which was very nice. The selling point for us was the spacious backyard which was used every day to relax and grill. Christine was very accommodating and we were able to contact her when we had questions. Definitely recommend this house!!

Everything you'll need !

The house is as described by owner. Cozy cape cod house. Fully equipped, 4 bedroom, 2 Bath, close to beach with backyard furniture, and a quiet safe child-friendly neighborhood. Would recommend this house to anyone staying in the Dennis area.

Tons of Fun!

This house provided my closest friends and I with some of the greatest memories! We had such a wonderful week. There were 12 of us, and absolutely plenty of room. The backyard is very spacious and the street is really quiet and friendly, the boys loved playing basketball out front (hoop on street.) The beach is super close and there were plenty in the area to choose from. The kitchen is small but the eating area is very spacious. I can't say enough great things about this place - hope to get back there soon!

We love it here! I usually start relaxing the minute I cross over the bridge to Cape Cod. The local beach is almost private and the water is warm with a gentle slope. Have Fun! The house is great for two familys too. Plenty of room for get togethers and private bedrooms for when you need to get away.
