Wonderful

Rating is four stars instead on five because the furniture needs to updated/ replaced. The carpet in the downstairs living room need to be replaced as well. Overall the house is clean and beautiful.

Worst home

This home was terrible. Paid for pool heat. When we arrived at the home the pool and hot tub did not have enough water in it for the filtration system to even run. No one has stayed in this home for quite sometime for that to happen. We could not use the pool until it was fixed at 5pm the following day. No refund on the stay for no pool. The pool was also filthy from the filter working. They never cleaned the pool just fixed the filter and added water. They have signs posted all over the home telling you will charged for any maintenance etc which is already known from the contract o have signs at every corner is just ridiculous. One of them signs on the all of toilets says do not flush toilet paper. I had to call the next day and ask about that. They said you can flush but don’t flush too much. Pictures don’t match the listing. The pictures are from when years ago because the walls are not even same color. Furniture is not the same. The pool tables and air knocker don’t work. They have duct tape on the pool sticks with a pizza box duct taped to the bottom of the pool table so the balls don’t fall out. Which obviously doesn’t work because the balls where falling out. The costumes they have on the wall are old and torn. Then to top it all off the stove did not work. We tried starting it but since no one has used the home in quite sometime the gas line needed to be bleed. We had 2 night stay and basically had a none working home. Paid resort fee fot the water park full capacity

Great place for families!

We had an excellent stay. It was our first time in Tampa. The only thing that we were not prepared for was purchasing our own wash clothes and renting a bbq pit. But that was no biggie. If you want to grill, be prepared to rent it from the company provided so at its there when you need it. We really enjoyed our stay. Would book again. I have a 3 year old, so the pool alarm literally made me feel so comfortable and helped me sleep through the night.

1st time staying there and Had two cars towed....guard gate did a horrible job never communicated the proper parking space at all first and last time stay in that area

Beautiful exterior but lacking necessities

The house is beautiful but was lacking in sufficient household necessities. You are given 1 garbage bag and 1 roll of toilet paper for your stay. The downstairs master bedroom was hot our whole stay which made for an uncomfortable 2 nights sleep. The back door has a very loud alarm that goes off each and every time you walk outside to the pool area.

Beautiful property. Was as described. Gorgeous colors and great pool. Plenty of room for 10

I wish they had taken the time for the extras. Wall art and flower arrangements still had the price stickers right on the front on them. Broken remotes and pots and pans made the house seem cheap, which of course it was not. The games room was fabulous except no air or fans made the 88° heat unbearable to use it. I can't imagine the heat of summer. I still loved our experience and would recommend the house to others with these things in mind.
