The property itself is beautiful and very clean and in a good location, but unfortunately our stay was impacted by a lack of communication and a loss of privacy.When we arrived, the cleaning crew was still in the home and that was not communicated to us. Then the stove wasnât working when we checked in. Communication to resolve this was slow for an entire day, and only after I followed up and insisted did someone come to take a look the next day.The biggest issue, however, was with privacy. We had been told that pool and garden staff would come on Thursday morning, but the pool worker showed up unannounced on Wednesday morning. Then on Thursday around 3pm, while we were in the pool, two more workers unexpectedly entered the property for garden work. This lack of proper communication and unexpected access to the space left us feeling uncomfortable and diminished the sense of privacy we expected from a private Vrbo stay.Overall, the house itself is lovely and spotless, but clearer communication and respect for guest privacy would have made a significant difference in our experience.
