Detta helt ombyggda 3 sovrum, 2-bad hus ligger inom gångavstånd från Arizona State University och Mill Avenue, som är hjärtat av Tempe centrum. Stadsbussar och ett lätta järnvägssystem gör denna plats mycket önskvärt. Fastigheten ligger nära Sun Devil Stadium, Grady Gammage Auditorium, Tempe Center for Arts och Tempe Town Lake, som är hemmet för den årliga Ironman Triathlon och många andra evenemang. AZ-kardinalen stadion ligger 30 minuters bilresa bort, så den här egenskapen är ett perfekt läge för AZ Cardinals-spel och den årliga Fiesta Bowl.

Fun pool weekend

The house and pool were clean and inviting. The communication was great and I appreciate how accommodating Shirley was. It was a fun weekend swimming with a great location near Mill Ave.

We LOVE the Pool House!

The Pool House is fantastic! Excellent location, within walking distance to ASU and a ton of restaurants. The home is very clean and has all the amenities! The hosts are responsive, kind and helpful. We've stayed here at least four times and we'll be back, for sure!

Wonderful stay

Nice and clean house with heated pool. I have never stayed in a VRBO that had so many towels, pool floats, bikes etc. that you could use. They have thought of everything. Owners were also so organized and easy to get a hold of. If we return to AZ we will stay here again!

This is the perfect vacation house! The pool is wonderful! The house was very clean and well stocked. The location was central to everything and a very nice neighborhood! Would definitely stay here again.

Always fantastic!

We love this house and the hosts! We've stayed here several times over the last 4 yer while our daughter attended ASU. It's super close to campus and has everything you would ever need from spices to bikes to coolers. Being from the PNW we always enjoy the heated pool.

Close to ASU, great pool

Great stay at the pool house. We were there for a college visit. It is only 5 minutes from the ASU campus. This is one of the most well stocked house I have ever stayed in. The pool is a lot of fun. We will definitely be back

Great Rental - Close to ASU

The house is conveniently located to ASU and is equipped with everything you need for a great stay. There is a beautiful pool with floats and lovely outdoor area to sit and relax. Hosts are amazing. Highly recommend this property.

Home away from home

We felt right at home! The host is easily accessible and responsive. The home has everything we needed and more, pool is amazing and was our sons favorite part Our trip to the Grand Canyon was smooth because the home was equipped with handy items. We enjoyed our time here. The residence is attractive and supplied with everything you need. The hosts are friendly and very accommodating. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood but close to some good restaurants as well as ASU and good hiking

My Happy Place

This was my fourth time staying at Shirley's property and it never disappoints. The property is always clean, fully stocked and just comfy. The pool floaties were on point this year and as always the location is the best part of this property! Love going to Mill Ave to go to the bars and restaurants. I hope to be back a fifth time.

Pool House Tempe

Great host and location

The ‘pool house’ was a good property and stay for my family for a few days while touring Phoenix. Host is very helpful and has the home stocked with most things you may need both inside & around the pool. excellent location close to ASU. Home is dated as built in the 1960s but certainly has been updated in last 20+ years

Excellent Pool House Close to ASU

Spent a long weekend at Shirley's & Pete's Pool House before moving our son into ASU. Everything you need is here! We spent much of our time in their pool and riding bikes to the nearby town. Shirley was friendly, helpful, and available if needed. I highly recommend the Pool House for your stay. We plan on coming back in the near future.

Pool House Getaway

Our hockey team of 16 year old girls used this VRBO for swimming and meals while in town for an August tournament. It’s PERFECT for a family or gatherings like we had. The pool has a deep end so kids could play pool games. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat. SO close to ASU campus it made everything easy. Owners were over the top helpful and communicative.

Pete and Shirley are retired high school teachers. Shirley's first house, which she bought in 1985, is 3 doors from this property. Pete and Shirley have very much enjoyed renting their other property as a vacation rental since 2009 and, as a result, they purchased this property when it became available in 2011.

It is fun to live in this neighborhood. It is quiet but close to a lot of activity. ASU students as well as home-owners live throughout, making the neighborhood upbeat and lively. Pete and Shirley have lived in the area since 1985.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The house is conveniently located to ASU and the numerous activities that occur there. You can always find something to do within minutes. A dog park is located at the end of the street so it is entertaining to just sit in the front yard, watching the neighbors walking to the park each night.
