Detta ombyggda 3 sovrum, 2-badrumshus ligger inom gångavstånd från Arizona State University och Mill Avenue, som är hjärtat av Tempe centrum. Stadsbussar och ett lätta järnvägssystem gör denna plats ganska önskvärd. Fastigheten ligger nära Sun Devil Stadium, Grady Gammage Auditorium, Tempe Center for Arts och Tempe Town Lake, som är hemmet för den årliga Ironman Triathlon och många andra evenemang. AZ-kardinalen stadion ligger 30 minuters bilresa bort, så den här egenskapen är ett perfekt läge för AZ Cardinals-spel och den årliga Fiesta Bowl.

Nattlivet i denna högskola stad gör detta hem idealiskt beläget för dem som vill semestra i ett lugnt område nära där handlingen är. Eftersom fastigheten ligger mycket centralt i tunnelbanestationen Phoenix, kan du hänga i Tempe eller gå någonstans i tunnelbanan Phoenix-området mycket snabbt och billigt.

Fastigheten är också bekvämt beläget bara fyra miles från Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Du kommer att se och höra en tillfällig plan när du sitter vid poolen, men det är faktiskt ganska roligt. Med husets dubbla rutan fönster, kommer du inte höra flygplats buller när inuti.

Volleyball tournament refuge.

This wonderful home is in a quiet residential neighborhood that is very close to parks and freeways making transportation very easy access to both Phoenix and the East valley. Shopping and rest were also close. The house was wonderfully furnished with everything we needed to prepare our own meals and the pool and backyard was beautiful.

Awesome trip

We loved the home, location and hosts. We came to town for spring training. The hosts were very kind and helpful to share dining suggestions and best ways to get around town. Home was perfect. We would definitely stay again.

Great Tempe stay

Had a terrific time in Tempe! Communication from host was great, very easy check in and out. House was very clean, well furnished/stocked and was perfect for our family of 4. House is located in a neat area, just a short walk to downtown Tempe and the ASU campus. Would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful ASU Graduation Stay

Our family absolutely loved El Norte as our home away from home during ASU graduation week. The home is spotless and beds are very comfortable. Home felt open and had great flow for graduation festivities. Kitchen had everything we needed, including large crockpot and 2 coolers. We really appreciated all of the Kcup pods for coffee selections. Shirley and Pete are amazing hosts and made us feel like family. Thank you so much! We highly recommend this home and convenient location to ASU!

Amazing hosts and property

Shirley and Pete are amazing hosts. They respond quickly and make you feel welcomed. Shirley provided ideas of fun activities available in the area and overall just great to work with. The property is amazing and the pool was perfect for the record heat wave we were experiencing at the time of our stay. I will be staying again the next time we visit Arizona and highly recommend this property.

El Norte is PERFECT!

Clean, comfortable, and close to ASU! This is our third stay in this property and we love it! Pete and Shirley have done a fabulous job of stocking this house with everything a family needs in a getaway home! We stayed during our Son Devil’s graduation week and the convenience of being so close to the Tempe campus along with space to entertain his friends and have a small celebration was ideal!

Comfortable Stay

We spent 5 nights here. This is our second stay in this home. We have also stayed in another home listed by the same owners. I would highly recommend both. The house has anything you would need and a heated pool. We did use the wetsuit tops this time because the temperature was in the 60’s. They helped a lot. We also walked to ASU campus and Tempe Town Lake from the home. There are quite a few restaurants in walking distance. We will choose to stay here again.

Perfect size, perfect location and amazing heated pool!

This house was all we could have asked for during our stay in Tempe. The location was great, right near the heart of downtown but without all the traffic and noise. The house had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so it was perfect for us and our friends when they visited, The pool was amazing! It stayed the perfect temperature the entire time and was very large, we basically spent most of our time either in the pool or hanging around in the great outdoor space this property had. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy tempe life.

Shirley Filliater är värd

Pete and Shirley are retired high school teachers. Shirley's first house, which she bought in 1985, is across the street from this property. We have enjoyed renting Shirley's first house as a vacation rental since 2009 -- VRBO #214978. In 2011, we purchased another property 3 doors down from the first and we rent it as VRBO #395773. In 2016, when this house across the street from our first two properties became available, we purchased it as well. That's probably our limit! And, we now want to relax a bit and enjoy our guests. It is fun to live in this neighborhood. It is quiet but close to a lot of activity. ASU students as well as homeowners live throughout, making the neighborhood upbeat and lively. Pete and Shirley have lived in the area since 1985.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The house is conveniently located to ASU and the numerous activities that occur there. You can always find something to do within minutes. A dog park is located at the end of the street so it is entertaining to just sit in the front yard, watching the neighbors walking to the park each night.
