Property is perfect but Vacasa and La Dolce Vita are awful

The unit is beautifully decorated, perfect location, clean with a great view and amenities. All of the issues were with the property management company that included beach chair service/bike rental company, La Dolce Vita. A few days before check-in we realized Vacasa had not sent us the wristband waiver form to complete. Wristbands are required to access the pool and beach from the condo. I emailed and received the same runaround of no one knowing how to send me the waiver. I finally received it A WEEK later, AFTER we had checked out when we were already back home. We couldn’t find our rental bikes (provided with the unit) and the onsite Vacasa rep told us to go ask “Brennan in the beach chair hut.” Brennan, who did not even look up at us, told us “I don’t do bikes.” Okay. So since he was at the beach chair set up “hut” we asked him if we could reserve chairs for the next day. He said “No.” we found out later it’s first come, first serve. Brennan is an arrogant jerk that shouldn’t have his job. He was equally as rude to others we knew staying in another unit at the property. We watched him kick a woman out of her chair at 4:50 pm because he was ready to be done for the day. Again, the unit is impeccable, but Vacasa and La Dolce Vita made it extremely difficult to have a relaxing vacation. This condo is too amazing to let a terrible property management company ruin it.

Awesome place!!!

We chose this place for my sister’s bachelorette trip and it was great! The place is very nice and beautiful! We had the best time!!

Great condo with amazing beach access!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you may need. We loved that there was even a skillet and crock pot! All linens on the beds were clean and appliances also. The only area that needed improvement was the floor. Our feet were black within the first hour of going barefoot in the condo. A thorough vacuum and mopping was needed. However, we did ask for a cleaning team to come mop the floors and they had someone there that same day. Also, the bar stools at the kitchen counter are too tall. There is barely enough room to fit your legs underneath. New stools that are shorter would make the counter much more functional for additional seating. Furthermore, the rocking chair in the living room seemed to be broken. It leaned to one side when you sat down. I’m sure this is just due to overuse from renters. It would be nice if that chair was replaced with something more sturdy. Lastly, although the furniture in the living room is very aesthetically pleasing, it would increase functionality to have an ottoman rather than a coffee table so guests have somewhere to put their feet up. The small floor puff pillows provided are very short and don’t function well, especially for adults.
