There is also a queen sized sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. You'll enjoy 2 full bathrooms, high speed internet/wifi and cable TV. The TV in the living room is a Smart TV and the TVs in the bedrooms are Rokus so you can stream your favorite shows with your login credentials. This great condo is on the 3rd floor and the building has an elevator. There is one assigned parking spot and another unassigned guest spot (typically available)so there is normally parking for 2 vehicles. There is also plenty of free street parking nearby. You can relax on the large front balcony with a view of the ocean and vacation in style knowing you are walking distace to everything including restaurants, bars, shopping, mini-golf and much more!

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*Condo comes with blankets/comforters and pillows. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $134.65. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
