Welcome to our lake view condo at Lake Cliffe—just across from Lake Dillon and walking distance to downtown Dillon.
This 2BR/2BA third-floor condo offers panoramic views of Lake Dillon, the Tenmile Range, Gore Range, and Buffalo Mountain.
The Dillon Amphitheater and marina are directly across the street. Walk to shops, restaurants, and nearby trails.
Keystone Resort is just down the road, and the Summit Stage bus stop across the street provides access to 5 ski resorts, including A-Basin and Breckenridge.
Our unit is newly renovated, fully stocked with amenities, and includes a full kitchen.

• Second bedroom: Pyramid bunk (full on bottom, twin on top), private en-suite with tub/shower combo.
• Bathrooms: Two full baths stocked with towels, hair dryer, and free toiletries.
• Living room: Vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, wraparound sectional, and open floor plan.
• Kitchen: Stainless appliances, granite counters, bar seating, and open to the living/dining area.
• Dining: Table with unobstructed lake and mountain views.
• Balcony: Private with lake and mountain views.
• Laundry: Stackable washer and dryer located behind barn doors in the hall.
• Extras: Clubhouse with heated indoor pool and two large hot tubs. Outdoor common area with picnic tables, horseshoes, hammock, and playground.
The Summit Stage bus stop is across the street with free routes to ski areas and surrounding towns. Walk to the Dillon Amphitheater, marina, and local favorites like Pug Ryan’s Brewery.
This 2BR/2BA unit comfortably sleeps 5 people with 3 beds and 2 full bathrooms.
We pride ourselves on guest service and support. There’s a Welcome Book in the kitchen with helpful information for a smooth stay. We also provide a 24/7 emergency contact (info in the Welcome Book).
Please Note:
* This unit is on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator—32 steps to the condo.
* Two HOA-issued parking passes are in the Welcome Book. A $150 fee applies if they are not returned.
* Oversized vehicles and camper trailers are not permitted by the HOA.

PARKING
*IMPORTANT*- The H.O.A. will tow any vehicle without a parking pass. There are two parking passes in the front of this book. $150 replacement cost from the H.O.A. for parking passes not return to the front of “Welcome Book”.
There is no parking of oversized vehicles, trailers or campers at Lake Cliffe.

CLUBHOUSE
Key Card is in the front of the “Welcome Book”. The hot tubs and pool are in the Clubhouse, located across from building F. Pool towels can be found in the bedroom closets. Hours are from 10am-9pm daily. Key Card must be return to the “Welcome Book” at check-out to avoid additional replacement fees.
SKI LOCKER:
Key is in the lock box and the ski locker is located across from the front door.
FIREPLACE
There is a timer located on the wall next to the TV that controls 3 time settings (30 min; 1 hour; 2 hours). For emergencies ONLY, gas turn off valve is located outside on the balcony.
CABLE TV & STREAMING
Both the living room and master TVs have Xfinity Cable TV. The bunk room has a smart tv. If you login to Amazon, Netflix or other streaming services on a smart TV, be sure you log out when checking out.
THERMOSTATS
There are 3 thermostats in this home that control baseboard heaters. One in each bedroom and one for the kitchen and living room. Do not leave any clothing or furniture touching baseboards as this is a fire hazard. When checking out please turn thermostats to 60 degrees.
COOL AIR
There is NO air conditioning in this home. Open the windows to create a cross breeze of cool mountain air. There is a portable fan in each bedroom closet.
WASHER & DRYER
The washer and dryer are located in the master en suite bathroom closet. You are provided with detergent (found under kitchen sink or above the washer & dryer).
EMERGENCIES
There is a FIRE EXTINGUISHER and FIRST AID KIT under the kitchen sink.
TALKING TRASH
You are provided with trash bags under the kitchen sink. When kitchen trash is full, please take bagged trash out to the dumpster (right side when walking out of this building) during your stay.
LIGHT BULBS & BATTERIES
If a light or remote dies during your stay, extra light bulbs and batteries can be found above the microwave. If any hard-to-reach ceiling bulbs need to be changed, let us know if you need it done during your stay or after you check out.
ELECTRICAL PANEL
Electrical box is located next to the living room TV, should a breaker trip.
