Magnificent Penthouse panaramic view of Paris

This stunning penthouse is comprised of one large living space with an open kitchen overlooking the beautiful city of Paris and its Eiffel Tower. It has a 30 m2 terrace with a sofa area overlooking the city. The 131 m2 appartement is composed of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom is seperated in two sections with a double bed on one side and an office space on the other. The second bedroom has a couch bed and an office space and the third largest bedroom has one queen size bed. There are two bathroom: one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
Important information before booking this appartement to all pet lovers: The owners will leave their cat inside of the appartement. (The cleaner will come around to clean the liter box if your stay is more than three days long.)

Magnifique!!!

This beautiful rental exceeded our expectations. The view couldn't be more breathtaking. You can see ALL of Paris! Both sides of the rental have gorgeous views! Location was in a great little area! Highly recommend this gem!

Exceptional property

Amazing property. Pictures do not do this property justice. First the property. It’s on the 10th floor and is higher than all other buildings around it. So you have an incredible view of the city of Paris skyline. You can see the Eiffel Tower in the distance as well as the top of the Arc de Triomphe and the Sacre Couer. Rooms are outfitted wonderfully with plenty of chairs, couches and tables. There is a queen bed, double bed and a couch that folds out to another double. Kitchen has everything you need in terms of appliances and cookware.The location…it is not located in the central part of the city, just slightly outside of it, which is good. The nearby restaurants are all local places that are filled with locals. No high priced watered down tourist meals. Servers spoke enough English and made the meals wonderful. True actual local meals.I can’t speak enough about the covered balcony. Couches, chairs and tables were all under cover and looked directly at the Eiffel Tower. It was a great spot to relax with a bottle of wine after a day of sightseeing.Be aware, this property is only available a few weeks a year, so if you can, book it! And say hello to Yuki (the cat).

Spectacular property in the heart of Paris

What a fabulous surprise it was to find this terrific apartment in the middle of Paris. Normally, when staying in the center of the city, space is sacrificed for location. Not with this property! The living room and dining area are extremely roomy, and the three bedrooms are extremely comfortable. The kitchen is also quite large, modern and extremely well equipped. The balconies alone have more square footage than most apartments. And the views are spectacular!! The entire skyline is laid out from the front balcony and one is able to sit for hours. in comfortable furnishings, watching the city of lights aglow. Alex. was a tremendous help and is most communicative. We will definitely be back to this very special property!
