Lägenheten ligger på fjärde våningen (med hiss) i en Haussmannian-byggnad i fjärde arrondisementet, Marais. Det är praktiskt taget intill Paris Hotel de Ville.

Det är på kort gångavstånd från många av sevärdheterna i Paris (Tour St Jaques, Notre Dame, Louvren, George Pompidou, Marais, St Paul och Bastille-för att nämna några). Det är en åtta minuters promenad över Seinen till vänsterbanken.
Tunnelbanestationen Hotel de Ville ligger trettio meter bort och det finns många busshållplatser för Hotel de Ville och Chatelet som ger tillgång till alla större stationer och de flesta sevärdheter i Paris.

Lägenheten rymmer fyra gäster och har nyligen renoverats. Den har två sovrum (vardera med en dubbelsäng), ett vardagsrum, en byrå / matsal och ett litet välutrustat kök. Den har mycket effektiv uppvärmning men ingen luftkonditionering.

Fantastic Location!

Great stay! Superb location - may have been more space than 2 people needed so that's on us. Only one tiny complaint was that the toilet room reminded me of an bathroom on an airplane, almost bump head on the door when sitting down and used the kitchen sink to wash hands since it was tricky to turn around. Host was communicative and Natasha was great for recommendations.

Perfect location for food and shopping. Easy to check in. Very safe. Lift is small but can carry suitcases. Quiet and clean. Perfect resting place for our 10 day stay. Wonderful location

This was a family trip to Paris with my daughters and mother. Natasha met us at the apartment and was very helpful and gracious. The apartment is located within steps of the metro and many restaurants, and stores. Could not have asked for a better location. We were equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable and ate at many of the recommended restaurants listed in the welcome packet. We loved our stay!

Apartment in the heart of Paris

Our hosts were wonderful, letting us check in early. The apartment is long with plenty of room between bedrooms, and the 4 of us had lots of space. The location is fabulous, just across the bridge from Notre Dame. Natasza couldn’t have been more helpful.

Not fancy, but perfect location and we had a great time

This apartment has two bedrooms separated by a living room and dining room, so it is quite private between the two sleeping areas. There is a small kitchen which is well equipped. Nothing is fancy in this space, but everything was comfortable. There is only one toilet, in a very small space separate from the shower and laundry area in the foyer. We ate several meals here and cooking was simple in the kitchen. The location is literally above the Hotel de Ville metro stop. The space was very quiet--excellent windows--, despite being on the Rue de Rivoli (no car traffic now except buses and taxis). Walk to the Louvre in 10 min, Notre Dame in 5 min. There is a small elevator, which helps with luggage--the space is on the 4th floor. I would stay here if you are not fussy about having a glamorous accommodation but are looking for nice and easy, close to everything and clean.

Perfection!

I can't say enough! Natahsa was a wonderful host, she explained everything, gave us tips, and was available to us throughout our stay. The apartment is more beautiful than the pictures! It was very well appointed and had so many extras just to make the stay more comfortable. And the location! It could not have been more perfect! Lots of transportation options and very central. As a last note, the wifi was great! Fast and no down times. Thank you so much! We hope to see you again soon!

We were two mothers and teenage daughters visiting Paris for spring break and this apartment was great. Natasza was welcoming and kind upon our arrival. This apartment was exactly like the pictures and the description was accurate. VERY centrally located and literally steps to the Metro station. Perfect location and a home away from home.

This spacious and beautifully furnished apartment had everything we needed for a longer stay in Paris. Many favourite restaurants within 15 min walk or eat in with fully stocked kitchen needs. Metro is so close and too easy. Lovely Natasha made us feel relaxed and welcome. It really was a home away from home.

Excellent choice

The apartment couldn’t be in a more convenient or central location. Easy walking distance to numerous attractions, with a Metro station literally on the doorstep if preferred. Very comfortable, but loud with city noise

We enjoyed our stay very much. Not being city people, the noise was very loud. Constant sirens from police just trying to get through traffic. But, with the windows closed, it was very warm but quieter. Chose your comfort level, open or shut. It is centrally located close to many of the famous sites and many restaurants, bakeries, groceries, the Seine River, etc. The washer was nice to have since we will be traveling for 5 weeks.

Perfect Location and wonderful apartment

What a wonderful place!! It is in the best location. Close to Museums and cafes. We had the most wonderful time. The apartment was well-appointed and there was nothing we were lacking. The owners were wonderful to work with, very quick with their responses, and receptive to all my questions. The check-in process we super easy. Natasha, who is the caretaker and meet us at check-in, could not have been any more wonderful. Besides showing us all around the apartment, she told us places to eat and the best bar around the corner with a great happy hour and generally gave us the lay of the land around the apartment. I can not say enough about the wonderful time we had. Don't hesitate to book this place!! Oh, the view from the master bedroom is amazing!
