Just two blocks from the eclectic mix of dining and nightlife, including Benny's Big Time Pizzeria and Satellite Bar & Lounge, The Mod Cottage positions you perfectly to enjoy the best of Wilmington. Directly across the street, find a boutique neighborhood bodega offering coffee, draft beer, and treats. Dive into local culture at Greenfield Lake Park & Amphitheater, just a half-mile away, or explore Historic Downtown's decadent restaurants and shops.
Comfort and Style:
Our cottage comfortably accommodates six guests with three tastefully appointed bedrooms, featuring two full beds and one queen bed, all outfitted with top-rated Olee memory foam mattresses for a restful night's sleep.

Updated Full Bathrooms: Enjoy spacious, modern bathrooms with complimentary toiletries and plush towels.
Chef's Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, blender, coffee maker, and all the cookware and utensils you'll need.

If youâre in town for a concert, the new Live Oak Bank Pavilion is only 2.3 miles away, so The Mod Cottage is a great spot to visit Wilmington for a concert!
**Note: The Mod Cottage is close to a railroad track that can run 24 hours a day. Some days, you will not see a train; some days, you will see a few. We are not responsible for or aware of the train schedule, and guests should consider this when booking our place. Feel free to message me with any questions about this!

Another great spot on our coast is Fort Fisher. The beach area is stunning, but the iconic trees set the area apart. Itâs just past Kure Beach, about 19 miles from The Mod Cottage. This is also where the North Carolina Aquarium is located! A âcanât missâ for families and kids of all ages.
