The fully equipped kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances and ample counter space, making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy family dinners at the stylish dining area or step outside to the private patio for a BBQ under the stars. The enclosed backyard features a gas grill, firepit, and outdoor shower - perfect to rinse off after a day at the beach.
With 4 bedrooms in the main home and ample living space including a main floor living area with seating for 8 and lower level kids corner with large sectional, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. The detached carriage house provides a private ensuite for two.
