You went above and beyond to make sure my wife and family felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Your hospitality made a big difference in our trip, and we truly appreciated your kindness and quick communication. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend your place to others!

Unbelievable

Check was 4pm, we arrived at 5pm. Entered the unit with passcodes.But the place look like the previous guest just left. Beds unmade, used towels on bathroom floor. A closet with some nasty items on floor. Booked this unit 4 months ahead of our arrival date. On arrival date we had to cancel, bc we cannot wait for cleaning ppl to come & clean 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. That's an imposition on our stay time. Not nice. Host says we decided to not stay even though he had made arrangements for cleaning crew to arrive. We were there for an hour already & no one came. Had to book last minute hotel stay and now we're at plus 3500 from our original budget. VRBO representatives can't do much unless host cancels us or there wld be no refund. be wary of VRBO properties. Next time I believe a hotel is better off. And this coming from a VRBO host. I am a host & always do a walk through before I give my guests the passcodes to enter. This was a huge nightmare!!!

Modern, high end, and spacious

This property is newly renovated and HUGE!The location is good. We didn't have a car, but there was plenty of parking. It was a short walk from the trolley that connects to the red line, and maybe 15 minutes in the other direction to commuter rail. There is a supermarket and some great bars and restaurants just a short walk away too. Pretty much everything we needed was nearby. Getting into central Boston was just under an hour on transit, including the walk.The unit is the bottom two floors of a huge house. There is so much room! The primary bedroom has an ensuite and is massive. The other bedrooms are all well appointed. The beds are really comfortable. There's a powder room on the main floor and a full bathroom in the basement/lower floor. There's a rec room of sorts in the basement too. The main floor has the kitchen and TV room. All of the appliances and TVs are high end and brand new. The Smart Fridge was fun. WiFi was fast. You can tell that this is a new rental unit. Everything is new, bright and shiny. But there were a few supplies missing that I am sure will be added over time. The host was responsive whenever we had a question. For our group of friends and family attending Marathon weekend, it was perfect and we'd gladly stay again!
