RELAX, REFRESH AND UNWIND! This beachfront condo has keyless entry, two king suites with private baths, a bunk room with a private bath, and a NEW queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Ceiling fans in both king suites and living room.
Enough furniture and amenities for 8 people to enjoy this 1134 sq ft. condo. The kitchen is well equipped with NEW utensils, plates, glasses, bowls, cookware, and even has sippy cups and kids' bowls and utensils. A Keurig with full pot and single cup option included. 4 bar stools and a table with 4 chairs for dining. Updated charging station outlets in bedrooms and living room. Stack washer/dryer in hall. Huge lagoon-style pool with hot tub and new chef providing your favorite foods and pizza. Well-stocked tiki bar at the pool for the grown-ups.
Onsite coffee and donut shop. Grills provided just outside 1st floor. Water sports available at the end of the beach access ramp. Heated indoor pool and hot tub great for rainy days. 8 sets of elevators, and 2 reserved parking spots just steps from the unit from the parking garage. Balcony provides beautiful view of the pool and ocean. Within walking distance of Pineapple Willy's, Walmart, Juan Taco and more.

Varför värden valde detta boende
We love having a gorgeous beach and lagoon-style pool as our front yard. Perfect for long walks on the beach, shelling or sitting with a book while listening to the soothing waves coming on shore. So many fun things to do in such a short distance. Go-carts, mini golf, Ripley's, Wonderworks, Bowling, Cinema, Shopping, great restaurants, all within less than 5 minutes.
