This was an amazing house! There was plenty of room and activities for everyone. Hosts were very responsive and helpful the entire stay. Pool heat was the perfect temperature.

The house was perfect for a family get away. Fun game room, wonderfully themed rooms, and a great community to enjoy. Great communication with the host and everything went smoothly.

My issues were with the game room it was so hot it was not enjoyable and the overall house doesn't keep cool. The pool was very dirty hair was all in the pool it was not cleaned from the last guest. Also found some old hair weave in one of the bedrooms. But everything else was great.

Glad all was great overall. Just to note the garage is not listed as having AC, this is standard with homes here that have a games room in the garage - a garage does not have AC, but we have a fan in there. As all of our other guests have found, the home has cool and effective AC, and if you were having issues lowering the temp we could have assisted you had you contacted us. You do also need to ensure all doors are kept shut or it can't cool effectively. The pool was very clean and levels balanced when you arrived. Finding a small piece of hair weave left in a hidden place we apologize for but clearly a genuine mistake on the housekeeper's part not to see it or she would have removed it. It is a very large home to scour every nook and cranny, and we try our best to pick up on everything during the cleaning and then the inspection, but we are glad that was the only issue you found and everything else was great. Please do contact us at the time rather then leaving it to the public review as then we can assist you to have a 5-star stay like all of the other guests and reviews for this home.

The squeals from the kids when they explored the house were a highlight of the trip. We didn’t show them any pictures beforehand because we wanted it to be a surprise. Admittedly I was nervous that it would be better in pictures than in real life…but fortunately I worried for nothing!The house was just as pictured and described. We had excellent communication with the hosts (there was a glitch with VRBO app, but our hosts never failed us!). Couldn’t have asked for better!The resort was wonderful. We had friends staying at another similar type of resort, but we all said how much we preferred Solterra. The clubhouse and pool staff were great. The property kept neat and clean. The area was quiet (except for maybe my happy kids in the backyard pool-ha!). Very family friendly and safe feeling. We hope to come back next year!
