Welcome to 13 Swedes Street in Dewey Beach, Delaware! This prime location, OCEAN BLOCK, PET FRIENDLY, home is located just three homes away from the beach! With just a short walk, you will find the beach access right at the end of the street! This cute beach cottage offers four bedrooms, two full baths, There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a king bed and one with two twins. On the Second Floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a king and one with two twins. A comfortable kitchen with all your basic cooking supplies for those who enjoy cooking meals, A spacious living room for watching t.v., and a nice large screened porch where you can relax with friends or family, read a book with your morning coffee, or even enjoy an evening cocktail. After a long day, sit back and enjoy the cool ocean breeze blowing and take in the amazing views of the cotton candy sunsets that Dewey Beach has to offer! In the back yard you will find a large fenced in area where you can enjoy more outdoor living space. It is a perfect place for your furry friend to hang out, to play a yard game or BBQ hot dogs and hamburgers. Driveway parking is available for up to three vehicles. Park your car for the week and walk every where! With a short walk you could be at the iconic Starboard restaurant, enjoying their famous orange crush, or you can stroll over to world famous Bottle and Cork to hear all the latest music entertainment, or head over to Nick's mini gulf for a round of fun in the sun! Hop on the Jolly Trolley for a small fare and take a ride to Rehoboth Beach, where you can enjoy the boardwalk, Funland, Thrasher French Fries, or a cool off with a ice cream treat. There are many boutiques, specialty shops and dining options to explore in Rehoboth Beach. From pizza to sushi and everything in between Rehoboth's food scene is top notch!
