Ample parking includes a 2-car garage and driveway accommodating an additional 2 vehicles. Melbourne sojourn

The place is great. The photos accurately depict the actual property which is rare these days. I would stay there again without thinking a second thought. The views of the water, the proximity to the beach, eateries and the interstate make this place perfect. Kudos to the owner and management.

Spring Break 2025

Exceptional. New Build Property in 2024. Walking distance to coffee, cafes and shopping. 3 Floors w Elevator. Exactly as described. Amazing Kitchen. Decks on every floor. Plenty of space tospread out and relax. 50 yards to the beach. House is perfectly prepared for larger groups.

Beautiful property with easy access to beach. This is 3 stories with bedrooms on all floors. Loved the patios. Does not face the beach but can see water from balcony. Located within walking distance to lots of amenities. Easy checkin process and had everything we needed including beach chairs

Great place, great host

My family and I had a great experience with this property and the host (Diana). Diana worked through an app issue with us and her communication was top notch. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. Location is prime and we enjoyed the nearby park in addition to the clean beach that is just steps from the front door. Great experience.

Maison pour 8 personnes, mais peut accueillir jusqu’à 10 personnes avec les divan-lits. 4 trĂšs grandes chambres, grande cuisine toute Ă©quipĂ©e, belle dĂ©co sous le thĂšme de la mer, balcons amĂ©nagĂ©s pour pouvoir profiter de la vue sur la mer. Absolutely Perfect Property

The property was SUPER clean, brand new, and in a perfect location. You cannot find a better location in Melbourne (nice beach access out the front door, right on 192 by shops and restaurants, walking distance to old Melbourne Beach, 5 min drive to downtown Melbourne. The house is well-equipped and the four master bedrooms makes it ideal for hosting families, friends, or couples traveling together. The ONLY negative thing I will say about the property is the road noise in an otherwise very quiet town. The property does, however, have very solidly installed noise-proof windows and construction that makes the road noise a mild annoyance not a real problem. We will rent this property again.

Perfect Vacation

What an amazing experience it was staying at this new townhome! It was literally perfect for our family get together from babies to a grandmother. It accommodates everyone seamlessly with the different levels, but every room like a master suite. The elevator is helpful for those who have trouble with stairs, but the stairs weren’t hard to navigate for anyone in our group, either. There were only a couple of hiccups which are expected with a brand new home. The host was very prompt in response and getting the proper people to come to our heed. Everyone that came to work on the property were so kind as well. In fact, everyone in this sweet little town were extremely polite and so helpful and kind!! That’s saying something from a group of mostly Texans! We weren’t ready to leave and cannot wait to return!! This is a must stay just steps from the beach that wasn’t crazy crowded and a short walk to everything else you could need. Book it! You won’t regret it!
