Du bor på 150 kvadratmeter lägenhet, i ett två våningar hus. 3 sovrum, 2 badrum, fullt utrustat kök, vardagsrum och Florida-rum. Ett sovrum har en Queen size-säng. Två sovrum har king size-sängar. I vardagsrummet finns en soffa som omvandlas till en dubbelsäng. Handdukar, badlakan, sängkläder, allt finns där. Hela lägenheten har vi skapat i strandstil. Så att din semester är rätt
börjar vid dörren. Det finns en stor trädgård med en underbar pool. Trädgård och pool delas med de två lägenheterna ovan. Helt ny, vi har byggt ett däck med tiki bar för dig. Det finns 2 kajaker och en SUP som du kan använda. Kajaker och SUP delas med de två lägenheterna ovan .. Du kan direkt från trädgården vid floden. Definitivt kommer du att bli förvånad av den unika naturen. Du kan titta på delfiner och manater på nära håll. Kom till oss i paradiset!

Family Vacation

We had an amazing stay! We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards and the beautiful back yard on the river. The property was nice and close to access the beach, where it was nice and quiet, much less crowded then other areas. The sunsets each night were breathtaking. Would highly recommend!

Kennedy space center getaway

The property had everything we needed, perfect for our short getaway. Walking distance to the beach and it was great sitting out on the deck in the evening looking over the Indian river at sundown. Nice pool and fenced in back yard was perfect for our four legged little guys. Only a couple of things we would suggest, an upgrade to the living area furniture (very uncomfortable)and the shower floor in the primary bathroom has quite a slope and no grab bar and when wet was a little scary making it a fall hazard. Great place to be

The beach house was great. We enjoyed walking along the Atlantic in the morning or kayaking along the Banana River and watching dolphins. We even saw dolphins very close up from the pool. There were enough shady spots in the garden and the pool was always good for cooling off. The house is nice and spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The owner was available at all times and had tips for us. Thank you Regula... we had great, relaxing days in Cocoabeach ☀️!

Dolphin Bay

Is our second time at the property and we enjoyed every second. Pool, fishing, and Kayaking. We had plenty of towels and everything that we needes. The outside could use some Tlc but not big deal.

Beautiful Location

Amazing spot- we saw dolphins every day. Kids loved the pool and the beach, adults loved the chairs by the river. Hosts were great and easy to communicate with. Thanks!!

Beautiful location on river walking distance to beach

We spent two nights here after a cruise and loved the location. The backyard and pool (that is shared with other rental properties) were gorgeous and provided us with outdoor living space or just the view we needed as we wound down from a week of cruise ship activity. The location - within a short walk to the Atlantic side of the area gave this area a unique feel. The property inside was clean and spacious. A choice you won't regret.

Bayside peaceful retreat

The house was as described, equipped with plenty of towels and cookware. Grill worked perfectly. We really enjoyed the evening sunset watching for dolphins and manatee, which we saw both several times over 2 days. Unfortunately, previous guest put bait in the freezer and the smell was still there. I won't hold this against the owners but to make guest aware of what not to do. We simply walked across the four lane road to the beach. Beach access was directly across the street from the corner. I highly recommend this rental for a stay before a cruise out of Port Canaveral.

Family Get-away

We had a great time, enjoyed the short walk to the beach - the provided chairs, towels and wagon were much appreciated. The sunsets over the Banana River were amazing! We enjoyed watching Dolphins at play, and venturing out on the kayaks and additional paddleboards my son brought. We found the apartment to be very comfortable and would not hesitate to return!

Awesome

Our stay was awesome. This place is a hidden gem and i want to keep it all to myself. I already am trying to find a week in 2025. Sitting on the river watching the birds and dolphins and walking to the beach for that view and shells galore. I even got to see the Spacex Falcon take off. We were not bothered by anyone m. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Jeden Tag Delfine :-) Was für ein schöner Ort

Wir waren August 2023 für 2 Wochen in dem Haus. Die Anreise von Orlando aus betrug eine Stunde mit dem Auto. Die untere Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, eines mit eigenem Bad, Küche, Esstisch, Couch und einen Pool, den man sich mit den anderen Mietern teilt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr zweckmäßig und an manchen Stellen sicherlich renovierungsmöglich. Aber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von Handtüchern über Kaffeemaschine und Poolspielzeug war alles vorhanden. Vom Essplatz oder der tollen Terrasse aus, hat man einen großartigen Blick auf den Banana River. Wir haben JEDEN TAG (!!) mehrmals Delfine vorbeiziehen sehen. Zum Teil nur 3-4 Meter vom Ufer entfernt. Das war Wahnsinn. Ebenso hatten wir Stachelrochen und Seekühne (Manatees) an unserem Ufer gesehen. Gegenüber der Straße ist der Atlantik mit seinen vielen Meeresschildkrötennestern. Der Atlantik ist jeden Tag anders, mal Ebbe mal Flut, mal hohe Wellen mal wunderbare Wellenreitwellen. Wir waren gerne und viel baden und spazieren. im Sommer starten in Cape Canaveral viele Raketen, während unseres Aufenthaltes waren es 5 Stück! Daher unbedingt "Rocket Launch Space X" googeln und den Start vom Strand aus oder vom Cape Canaveral Hafen aus anschauen. Ein tolles Erlebnis. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt mit einer super Mischung aus Urlaub und Reisen (Miami, Key West, Everglades- alles gut erreichbar) Wer einkaufen gehen will, erreicht Publix oder Win mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten. Toller Urlaub!!

Great place to stay in Cocoa Beach

We very much enjoyed our stay in this great place in Cocoa Beach. It was comfortable, large and the yard was absolutely wonderful. We didn't really need more than that. Cooling down in the pool (as it was hot), having our morning coffee watching dolphins in the Banana River. Absolutely relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was a laundry room so we could refresh our clothes before we moved on, which was very convenient. The owners were helpful. If we would ever go back to Cocoa Beach, we would surely visit this place again.

Hiding Paradise

This is our second time renting this home, we absolutely love it and our family always has a great time. You get the best of everything, the river in one side and just one street away the beach. Away from the business of the center of coco beach by yet close to hop in your car take a 5 minute drive and enjoy the restaurants. The view from the back of the home is beautiful and we enjoyed every minuted. So sad to leave but I know we will be back, again and again.

Great stay at an incredible property

We have been to this property several times and it never disappoints. Our kids have learned to swim in the pool, kayak in the indian river and surf in the ocean right across the street. This is an ideal location for outdoors people, beach bums like us, or if youre looking for a close place to stay to the many local attractions. This time we did the NASA Astronaut training experience and it was pretty awesome. We saw 3 rocket launches from banana river. We even saw some paratroopers jumping out of a C130 from the backyard. This is such a cool place to hangout. Theres always something to see or do. I think our favorite restaurants now are jazzys mainely lobster and the pig and whistle. Our family rented the upstairs unit too so we had a nice extended family stay. The owners are also very kind and responsive. They have always done everything they can do to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Thanks again for sharing your slice of paradise with us.

great location!

We were pleasantly impressed with the location. The river is beautiful and much larger than we expected. We saw manatee, dolphins, stingray and puffer fish right from the shore. Ocean is directly across the street and we had a beautiful secluded view of the ocean.

Great location, big house

This is a great location with access to both the river and ocean. The residence is very big and accomodates a family easily. We did hear some noise from the other units but it did not bother us and was not a big problem. The Kayaks and paddle board are a bit worn out and show signs of abuse from past tennants, we did use them and they were ok. The pool and other areas around the house were great for our stay and we were forunate the other renters were polite and we were able to mutually use the shared spaces.

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful time in Goodland. The host is very friendly and helpful and the home is very clean and comfortable. We love the small town feel and look forward to returning next year.
