Great Harbors Summer Home

This lovely Cape Cod Cottage sleeps 6 with central AC. The 3 bed 1 bath home is located in Great Harbors, in Falmouth MA, 2.5 miles to Falmouth Heights Beach, and 3.5 miles to Main Street Falmouth and Falmouth Harbor. Guests will enjoy access to an association beach on Great Pond, a kayak launch, and association playground. Entertain on the patio with the propane BBQ, a family friendly back yard and an outdoor shower. For an added fee guests can access the pool tennis and paddle tennis.

This is a beautifully updated Cape Cod ranch with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath all on the first floor. There is a King bed in the primary bedroom, 2 twins in the second bedroom, and 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, a Keurig coffee machine, oven, stovetop, microwave, frig, and dishwasher. There is a large backyard with propane BBQ and outdoor furniture. There is a washer and dryer in the basement.

Included in your stay is access to the Association Beach on Great Pond, a Kayak launch and a playground.

For an additional fee, Guest can purchase a Pool Pass directly from the HOA at the pool house for $350 for a week pass for 4 people. $55 for each additional person. (we know its expensive but this fee goes directly to the association not to the owners of the house). This gives guests access to two swimming pools, tennis courts, a basketball court, volleyball court, playground, ball field, recreation club, beach house for yoga and a beautiful beach on Great Pond for swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding. This pass turns your stay into a resort style vacation. It is optional so contact us directly if you are interested.

Great Harbors is a private association with guest amenities including a community pool, tennis courts, pickleball, playground and association beach.
No Smoking. No Pets. No Parties.
Tenant agrees to not have more than the number of maximum number of guests without prior authorization from host.
Tenant agrees to pay additional fees for excess garbage removal $50 per contractor bag of trash beyond the what fills the garbage cans provided
Tenant agrees to pay additional fees for excess cleaning at a rate of $50 per hour for cleaning services. Excess cleaning may be required for large messes, stains to carpet, excess trash removal, or any cleaning required beyond what is normal and customary for the cleaning of the house.
Tenant agrees to pay for any damage caused to the house, or its contents including furniture, glassware, cookware, art, carpets, walls, linens, any other contents of the house.
