Great experience from start to finish. Worth every penny. Grill outside is gas and work great. All necessary kitchen utensils provided. Each bedroom is as pictured. Beach chairs provided. The only things we purchased in addition was trash bags and a cooler in which we left in the garage in hopes of future use for other rentals. Thanks again Cobia coast rental for making my Big Sister 50 th Birthday epic!

family vacation

This property was the perfect place to host our large family. It worked perfectly for all of us ages 2 months to 76.We especially liked the 2 large dining tables for meals together and family games after dinner.

This property is beautiful!! The pictures does it justice and the host was very responsive. The location was easy to access by car and we also rented a golf cart from Destin Elite which made our travel super fun. We were able to golf cart to the local grocery store Winn Dixie and the Premium Outlet for some retail therapy . We also used the golf cart to visit the beach where we witnessed a wedding, parasailing and had a great walk in the sand. The home is advertised to accommodate 22 but there is definitely plenty of room for more. I like that there were two ottoman beds in the master bedroom closet to use if needed (yes the closet was that large). Lots of towels extra pillows, cookware, dishes, utensils, toaster, keuig, 2 dishwashers, bikes, beach chairs, the split levels offer plenty of room for everyone to break away and have privacy. The kitchen is large enough to have many cooks and the living room area is great for entertaining and games. Please note each bedroom has its own TV! and seven of them have their own bathroom. The jack and jill bathrooms are a perfect size for sharing. The outdoors area provides plenty of space to enjoy a family gathering. The pool seems smaller than the pictures but still large enough to enjoy. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and there is a souvenir store within a 5 minute walk. Whoever gets the Master bedroom on the third floor - Lucky YOU -. That space is Gorgeous!!! Beautiful balcony, soaking tub, double shower... - Enjoy your stay.

Massive property with all the amenities you need

Super clean. Great location- just a short walk to the beach entrance. House is really like two houses in one! So much space!!! And the PM is extremely responsive. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone

Great place to stay!

This house was amazing! It was super clean and close to the beach. We had a great time and would definitely rent this house again. The host was great - very responsive and communicative. The website was full of helpful information. My only suggestion would be to have a room with bunk beds for the kids who traveled with us. I highly recommend this listing.

Very relaxing, spacious. Efficient. clesn. Privacy was a plus. Poo. Jacuzzi.. fire pit. golf grilling & the elevator. Corn hole immaculate. Highly recommend to plan a vacation there again. Bicycles & golf cart available at all timesbto rent. Beach within 5 minute walk. Did not need to leave the island for anything. Thanks for our family vacation.

Just got back from staying at Mer Soleil (Apr 1–5) and we’d book it again in a heartbeat.The location is perfect—super close to public beach access, so getting to the water was quick and easy every day. The pool is great, and the outdoor space really stands out. There’s plenty of room to spread out, but also great spots to hang together—especially around the fire pit at night. We had some really good conversations out there.Inside, having two living rooms was a huge plus—perfect for families or groups so everyone can relax without feeling crowded.Big shoutout to the owner as well. Communication was excellent the whole time. We had a couple bikes that weren’t working well, and he had brand new ones delivered within 30 minutes. That level of responsiveness made a big difference.If you’re choosing between places, this one is an easy pick. Great layout, awesome outdoor space, close to the beach, and an owner who really takes care of you.Highly recommend—we would absolutely stay here again.

The house was just what my family needed. We just picked the wrong we to go down to Destin as it rained and stormed the whole time, so we definitely got out money worth out of the has as we stayed in the house the majority of the week. Communication with the hosts was top tier. Always an immediate response. Would recommend 10/10!
