The service was amazing when we had a few mechanical issues. We couldn’t believe how quickly they responded! The pool and hot tub were perfect. Only 2 things could have been better. Check-in at 5:00 was very difficult with 14 children all arriving from different places. And the beach was not the best.

The house was beautiful, well-maintained, and ideally situated—close to local attractions, shopping, and just minutes from the beach. We booked the property for a family reunion, and it provided ample space and comfort for our growing family. The location was a highlight, offering both convenience and a relaxing atmosphere. Throughout our stay, Alex and his team were exceptionally responsive, attentive, and accommodating, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, the property exceeded our expectations and contributed greatly to a memorable family gathering.

Perfect house, perfect location!

Our family of 24 absolutely had one of the best vacations ever. Sandbar was everything we had hoped for. Beautiful home and very responsive management. We definitely would stay again!

This property was amazing. Everything was so clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more. There was plenty of space. We had 21 people and had room for more. The back yard was amazing. The pool wasn’t too small. We walked to the beach. My family’s only complaint was that we had to leave. We had three SUVs, one minivan, one compact car, two midsize sedans, and a UHaul trailer, that all fit in the driveway. We give the property a 10/10.

Memorial Day Weekend

The house was fabulous! It was very clean and just as pictured! Everyone was able to have their own private space with large gathering areas to hangout. We used the pool/hot tub everyday and cooked out on the grill. The private beach access was in walking distance, but the golf cart made it very easy to do drop offs. The water was clear blue and stunning! There was a CVS, liquor store and shopping store for beach supplies and clothes right down the street. It was super easy to get in contact with the property management team and they quickly handled our questions. Special shout out to Alex, the property manager!! Our group was already talking about booking the house again. And if you go you must do Crab Island!

Great Stay

House was great for our stay. It had everything we needed. The golf cart got us where we needed to go, but a lot is within walking distance. The only thing different from the pictures is the gas fire pit is not there, but a wood burning one is. Communication was great with the owner and I felt like they will take care of any problems. We paid for the hot tub and pool to be heated because it was still a little cool out and that was awesome for the kids. Highly recommend this house!

Spring break 2025

This is a beautiful home with so much room, plenty for our group of 25. The neighborhood watch/police? let us know that we were not welcome and they did not care if we ever came back. Not the homes fault but says something about the area. We were respectful of the quiet times and kept the property clean. It was a mom and son (most all 18 years old). The only issues with the house were that the dryer was very slow at drying the towels which we did need to do often and the 3rd floor gets very warm with that many young men, so for most won't be a problem Everyone was very attentive and it was a great stay. Thank you

Wonderful!

We stayed here with our kids and grandkids, large group. Lots of room for all 26 of us. The place was really nice . Property manager was very helpful and took care of anything that was needed. Kids loved the pool. Golf cart was a bonus in getting around. We love this area for family vacations.

Great place for family

We had 20 people from ages 5-74, everyone had a great time in the house. It is very close to the beach just a short walk or ride in the golf cart. The pool was great to keep the kids happy when not at the beach. We will definitely look into come back here in the future

Great stay at sandbar

Our overall experience at sandbar was great. The house is incredible. It is nicely decorated, comes with lots of dishes, pots and pans. There is enough room for everyone and enough bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable. The golfcart was a great addition. We also enjoyed having 2 refrigerators. The pool was a little dirty at the bottom and the outside electric firepit was not working during out stay. Also, we were given a long list of things to clean before we left the property. I take issue with this because of all the fees that are included and the cleaning fee that we were charged. Check in is a little late at 5pm and check out is a little early at 10am. Also, just be aware that there are no tents allowed on the beach. Overall great stay and we would love to stay again.

Excellent!

This place was awesome! Looks like a new build. Definitely worth 5+ stars. The 7 king suites with bathrooms and 2 bunk rooms accommodated our large family reunion. The golf cart, pool and game room were a huge hit with the adults & kids. Host was very responsive and checked in with us a couple times during the week to see how things were going. Location was great too. Just a short golf cart ride to both private and public beach access. We would definitely rent again.

The sandbar home was simplistically beautiful. If there were any issues, they were addressed promptly. The golf cart was a big plus for our group of 16. Plentiful amenities in kitchen, only missing a couple of hot pad holders. The two bunk rooms face directly to the hot a m sun and could maybe use some type of reflective material or shade. The blitz game was a HUGE hit for 10-50 year olds. We even devised a tournament bracket. Our stay was short and i wish there was some shelter we could donate food, bread, water, staples to upon check out....its soooo hard to just throw food away and even harder to plan quantities for large groups. A little bit of confusion on which gate we had access to and ability to use a sun shade or shibumi.... definitely a 5+ star property. I dont think any of the bedroom tvs were even utilized! Nice job on this home❣️

We had an amazing stay at the property. It is just as described and pictured. Very spacious and king suites are a plus so everyone can still have their privacy. My family loved hanging around the pool ! Host was very response and checked in on us to make sure everything was okay. Will use again!!

Family Vacation

This house was the perfect size for a family of our size. Everyone had an awesome an relaxing time together. The host was very helpful and easy to reach. We would definitely stay in this area again. Everything that we needed was close by. The golf cart was a bonus and a big hit with everyone.
