The perfect vacation awaits you at Shred City. Not only are we located conveniently in Canyons Village (the best ski base), minutes to downtown Park City, but our development has mature trees, tennis courts, two pools, hot tub and picnic areas. It's a magical place to relax and recharge

Main Floor -When you enter the unit you will walk into the open concept living room/ kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils so you can make home cooked meals even while you're not at home. We also provide salt, pepper, and olive oil. There is a dining table with seating for 5 people.

The living room has 2 big comfy couches and a recliner chair so there is room for the whole family to cuddle up next to the gas fireplace and relax after a day of exploring. There is a TV with both cable and Roku. This is where you will find the sliding glass door to your private patio.

The patio has seating for 6 with beautiful mountain views and a Propane grill. Hang out here with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night and unwind.

On the main floor you will also find the Master with a comfy Queen bed, TV with Cable and ensuite access to bathroom.

Just off the kitchen there is a wash room with a washer and dryer and access to the downstairs bathroom. Bathroom has a shower tub combo. Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body wash are provided as well as a start of laundry detergent.

Just up the stairs off of the living room you will find the 2 loft bedrooms.

Loft bedroom #1 has two Full beds and a Roku TV with access to watch cable via the Xfinity Streaming app. There is a closet with extra pillows and blankets as well as a portable fan. There is also a window A/C Unit for added comfort in the summer months.

Loft Bedroom #2 (Semi Private - its entry is off of the main loft area) has two twin beds and a Roku TV with access to watch cable via the Xfinity Streaming App. This bedroom has a cozy cabin vibe with a cute little bear rug that your kids are sure to love.

Both bedrooms have access to the upstairs bathroom which has a spacious, fully tiled walk-in shower.

This unit has access to the club house with a shared pool and hot tub. This is open in SUMMER (Memorial Weekend - Labor Day Weekend) and WINTER (Day after Thanksgiving- April) only and closed during the off season. The club house is about a 60 second walk and is located across the street from the parking lot.

Ceiling fans can be found in the master and second bedroom, as well as the living room. Additional box fans can be found in the closets and there is a portable AC unit in the loft area for warm summer nights, or cozy up by the fireplace during ski season.

The condo has a grill, washer and dryer, WiFi, four TVs, beach towels and four tennis rackets for your added convenience.

Bring your golf clubs to play at the Canyons Golf Course which surrounds the Red Pine Condos (closes in mid-September), or stay at the complex and enjoy the amenities! As a guest of the Red Pine Condos, you'll have access to:

Heated outdoor pools* (summer and winter only)
Hot tub*
Sauna*
Clubhouse*
Laundry facilities (year-round use)
Four tennis courts (summer)
Volleyball courts (summer)
Picnic and playground (summer)

Guests have access to full unit minus 2 owner lock out closets.

This unit is self check-in but we are available via messaging, calls, or texts to answer any questions you have before and during your stay.
