Already occupied

We got to our house and it was already occupied. Tried several times to contact the host and no response. But thank you to VRBO who helped us! I will NEVER stay at any place that this host has for rent! Definitely scams people!

Great place to stay for short vacation.

Convenient location which you can access both side of Pacific shore and Atlantic shore. The house is very clean and spacious for family up to 7 people. Overall, my short vacation went well and every body are happy.

Stay away from this property! Host is scammer.

A complete failure. A few days after booking, the host informed me that structural damage would require a property modification and that I would receive an upgraded property for the same price. Due to airline delays, we arrived at the original site at 11:30pm to find renters despite being informed otherwise. In response to my inquiry, the host provided the new address. The house was fine when we arrived. The furniture was of the worst quality. Thin, rigid mattresses covered mediocre wood boards. Dirty rugs had staples and an unsecured safety pin. Cheap towels were hairy. The list is lengthy. I informed the host about the house's low quality but received no answer. Due to the lateness, we tried to sleep on two mattresses and deal with the host in the morning. They replied the next day that you can leave if you don't like the property. I asked for a refund since I paid for 4 nights, and he ghosted me. He ignored their Google number texts and calls. In light of this, I called VRBO for help, which led to needless calls with no solution and being encouraged to contact the host despite being warned they were unavailable. VRBO had me leave the property, and they didn't help. At the end of my stay, the host started sending AI-generated messages wishing me a good time and asking for a 5 star review, etc. The host appears to defraud people, and VRBO does little to help. To avoid a terrible experience with no host or VRBO accountability, do your research. See many complaints at BBB.
