Du kommer att älska denna soliga, mysiga taket studio som rum i det lugna San Francisco område i Noe Valley. Du kommer att ha en panoramavy hela vägen från Twin Peaks till San Francisco Bay. Idag är Noe Valley ett av San Franciscos mest eftertraktade bostadsområden full av viktorianska hem, affärer, restauranger och lätt kollektivtrafik tillgång, allt i en av de soligaste delarna av staden.

Titta på dimmahängaren över Twin Peaks som du har ditt morgonkaffe när den varma solen skiner genom dina fönster på tre sidor av rummet. Boenden inkluderar en varm, bekväm säng, kabel-TV och tillgång till trådlöst internet. Du hittar också en halv bad med en vackert kaklad dusch, våtbarn med stor handfat och litet kylskåp. Du kommer att vara inom gångavstånd till restauranger och Noe Valley 24th Street butiker. Du kan också fånga J-Church MUNI-linjen bara ett kvarter bort som ger dig direkt tillgång inte bara till Noe Valley, Castro och Dolores Park Neighborhoods, men också till centrum för kablarna, Union Square och Embarcadero. BART är bara en kort 10 minuters promenad bort.

Parkering är på gatan. En tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns i lokalerna.

Amazing sunroom!

This apartment is better than described and the pictures don’t do the views justice! The views from this perch are expansive. The apartment is very well organized and this maximizes the space. And the kitchen is well equipped. Dana is a fantastic host, quick to respond and helpful in his orienting you to the city.

Nice host, nice location

Dana is a very thoughtful host and an excellent communicator. The apartment is in a quieter part of town with plenty of restaurants and easy access to transit. We’ll stay here again next time we’re in town!

Dreamy Sunroom Oasis.

It was such a pleasure meeting Dana and staying in the lovely sunroom. The place is just as described in the listing. What an amazing view! I loved watching the sunrise from the comfortable bed. Dana is super accommodating and a great communicator. The place is in a great location. We were provided with two sets of keys which was super helpful. We will definitely look to stay here again on our next visit.

Another Amazing Summer in Noe!!!

This is my second stay, and, once again, I loved it!! I stayed here for ~10 weeks for an internship, and this apartment is in the perfect spot to explore the city and easily commute to work using public transit. If I wasn't graduating next year, I know I'd be back to stay again next summer : )

Perfect!

I stayed here for the month of January. It was a safe, sunlit, and perfect haven from winter darkness. The host was incredibly helpful, kind and available. He has a map and binder with lots of helpful information about the area, dining and the facilities. From the room, you can see Bernal Heights and Twin Peaks, which were so convenient to hike. The location is perfect, down 1 block from the MUNI J line, from which I could get everywhere I wanted. Noe Valley is so safe, and has so many great places to eat, shop, hang out, and I even took a yoga class a few blocks away. I highly recommend this beautiful place to all, and I thank Dana so much for sharing his cozy getaway with me! darkness.

Beautiful space filled with light with spectacular views! Cozy home away from home in a great SF neighborhood. Dana is a wonderful host, responsive, kind and helpful! Relax in San Francisco with a Private View

Perfect location for a single or couple. Private, comfortable, and a fantastic view of San Francisco from a rooftop apt in the Noe Valley District. Easy access to the downtown and North Sides of the city. And wonderful friendly hosts that attend to all needs. I stayed three weeks and loved it.

Wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here The view is spectacular, both during the day, and at night, when you get to see all the lights of the city below you. Dana was exceptional helpful, giving us numerous tips about the neighborhood, and public transportation. The studio space is very clean and well-equipped. We really enjoyed Noe Valley, which is a thriving and charming neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Our own little slice of beauty in SF!

The short version is, if you're debating, do it. This place is amazing. The view is like nothing else, the room is cozy and has everything you need, and the location is perfect. Seriously. Dana is an amazing host, it felt like we were staying with family more than just a host. He gaves us tips and even helped us carry bags to and from! We couldn't have asked for a better place.The stairs can be a bit intense if you're not prepared, but we had no problem with them. (Besides just us being a little out of shape. )The Muni stop is just a block away and you've also got an amazing brunch spot right on the corner. We would love to stay here again, anytime. Thanks Dana!

each time I arrived to this rooftop aerie, whether day or nite I was newly amazed by the sky panoply, changing weather and graceful neighborhoods whether twinkling at night, bathing in Spring sunlight or appearing and disappearing in passing rain clouds or gentle foggy mists.

Great Location, Noe Valley San Fransisco

From when we landed and contacted Dana, the stay itself, and leaving this was a fantastic place. Upon arrival Dana carried our bags up the stairs, and wouldn't take no for an answer, the room had everything we needed, the view was as pictured. Dolores Heights in the Noe valley was the best choice we could of made.Would gladly go back there and give it and Dana the highest recommendation we can, our 11 night stay was fantastic, thankyou, from us in New Zealand. AAA+++

Excellent location and stay!

This was definitely one of the most best HomeAway and AirBNB experiences I have ever had. I stayed in the sunroom during the month of November and Dana could not have been more hospital or attentive during my stay. The location is an excellent location and is only a few blocks from the Mission, Dolores Park and the Castro - and exactly one block from the MUNI. The unit was very clean, comfortable and cosy with beautiful views to wake up to every single morning. I would recommend anyone considering staying in the sunroom to do so, you will not be disappointed and you will never want to leave.

Perfect Home-Base

We had an excellent stay here. It was a perfect home-base for exploring San Fransisco with easy access to public transportation. Noe Valley is a wonderful neighbourhood that has it's own main street (24th street) with many shops, cafes and restaurants. The neighbourhood quiets down in the evening, but there is plenty of night life close by in the Mission district. Dana was an excellent host, who helped us get navigated in the city and waited up for our very delayed flight upon arrival. He was available when needed and unobtrusive when not. We would definitely stay here again. Heed the stairs warning...but if you're exploring San Fransisco hills and stairs are par for the course!

Perfect; beautiful place to stay.

I could not ask for anything better. Dana, the host, was kind, attentive, and polite. He only responded to my questions; I was left in peace. It is a very safe neighborhood for a single woman (as well as all people). Delicious views. So much sunshine and light! I read reviews before booking that mentioned needing an eye mask, but I actually liked the sun and then, at night, the sparkling lights of the surrounding neighborhoods. I could watch planes take off from SFO, and I could see the water and ships in the Bay, as well as the fog rolling over Twin Peaks. It was mesmerizing.

Rooftop Views!

We loved our stay in this rooftop sunroom overlooking the Noe Valley. The room was clean and comfortable and the views were really amazing. We had sunrise and sunset views and a fantastic vantage point. The challenging staircase up to the studio was tight but workable - not for those with health issues! The owner was on site and very helpful. He was very organized with our paperwork and gave us nice literature to help us explore the San Fran area. We hope to visit again. The lights from the city do tend to seep in through the closed shades at night - I wish I had had a sleep mask to help darken the nights.

Perfect Summer Stay!

I stayed in this property during my summer internship in SF, and it was absolutely perfect for me. The property is within walking distance of 24th St. in Noe Valley, Valencia St. and Dolores Park in the Mission, and Cortland Ave. in Bernal Heights. It also has easy access to public transit (J-Church and BART) to get anywhere else in the city. The views from the apartment are beautiful, and having access to laundry in the building was great. You need to be comfortable walking up steep stairs (it does not get easier, but it's a great workout). Don't let that deter you! You could not ask for a better home base. While you are staying, make sure to check out Chloe's Cafe around the corner for brunch and pick up a burrito in the Mission to have a picnic at Dolores Park. Thanks for having me this summer!!

Wonderful stay

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the sunroom. A friend and I stayed here for two weeks, partly for work and also to sight-see in San Francisco.The views from the sunroom & adjacent rooftop are spectacular, and range from scenes of the bay, Noe Valley, and Twin Peaks. After a full day of sight seeing, it was relaxing to come back and enjoy these views on the rooftop with a glass of wine. Noe Valley is a quaint, residential area with a nice range of shops and restaurants. (The mission, which was in walkable distance, also offered some great choices for food). We especially enjoyed the coffee across the street, and for any Top Chef fans, Incanto is just a short walk away. The muni was also very accessible and easy to use; we mostly used the J Church which takes you all the way downtown but other muni buses are also in the area. Dana was a great host, & was very professional and attentive throughout. All in all, we were very happy with our stay, as we were reminded all over again of San Francisco's unique beauty and charm.

Perfect home for 2 weeks in Noe Valley for this Solo Traveller

From a wealth of information and a friendly interest prior to my arrival (including answering some fairly basic tourist questions) and then a thorough check in when I got there, Dana was the perfect host. The unit comes with a folder of ideas of things to do in the city (which is easily accessible from the J line tram a block away) which Dana kindly keeps up to date and he also provides a "bible" of info about the apartment which includes a local map, cafe and restaurant recommendations, where the nearest good food shops are and so on. He is on hand by text if you need him, but invisible if you dont ....a perfect host. The apartment is lovely, a big spacious naturally lit bedroom, with a shower room and loo, and then a kitchen as well with enough mod cons to be able to prepare simple meals. There is also a hall with hanging space too. The real selling point of this apartment in my opinion are the views and the neighbourhood. This apartment has windows on 3 out of 4 sides giving you the best possible views out of Noe Valley, and in the distance Twin Peaks, Bernal Heights and The Mission. And as night falls it just gets prettier. In the neighbourhood there is a main street a couple of streets away (24th St) which is the main shopping area, altho there are a couple of little shops close at hand for milk etc. Getting into the city couldnt be easier, Dana will kindly lend you a Clipper card (similar to a London Oyster card) which you can load with a Muni pass and this enables you to jump on buses and trams. There's a J- line tram straight into the heart of the city 5 minutes from the front door and buses too i daresay but i always caught the trams which are clean and convenient. I loved my stay and would recommend this neighbourhood, this property and Dana specifically as a host, to anyone. Thank you Dana.
