Couples trip to San Francisco

Excellent maintained property! We loved the location! Neighborhood was safe! Close to muni line to hop into the city! Mike was easy to communicate with and bed was comfortable along with the sofa! We would stay here again if we were to come back!

San Francisco studio

Property very good and clean. Well situated and great for 2 people. 10 minutes walk to shpping centre and 15 minutes walk to train on M line. However, side gate needs repair and bangs at night and side path tricky to negotiate. Very low water pressure and could not get hot water to kitchen.

Met the host, he was friendly and helped us locate a cafe within walking distance. Home is set up nice and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Nice Cozy Place

The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. communicating with the property manager was very easy and replied to all our questions fast. The neighborhood is quiet, close to lots of shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this place

Lovely apartment

We have stayed here twice over the last couple of years and absolutely love it! It is very comfortable, well equipped, and the sauna and steam shower are fantastic! Marina and Mike make check in and out simple. It's located in a great, safe neighborhood with easy parking. Highly recommended!

Comfy and cozy

Stayed here for 2 days while I stayed in the San Francisco area. Place is exactly as shown. Mike provided great and easy to follow instructions and had prompt replies! Overall great experience! (note no oven in property! Not an issue just a note for others!)

Amazing studio apartment! The responses from the owner were immediate, and he was very helpful on every level. It is in a quiet neighborhood, and you can park in front of the apartment. Unheard of in San Francisco! The bed is very comfortable, and there is plenty of space to hang out in. We highly recommend this apartment, and we know we'll return.

Very Enjoyable

Great unit in a nice neighborhood. Easy street parking and access to the unit. Had an issue with the kitchen sink, and it was resolved in just a couple of hours. The heat in the unit is a wall panel with no forced air, so bring some sweaters if the forecast is for cool weather. Host is very responsive.

Beautiful and quiet in a great location. Easy access to shopping and public transportation.

The apartment is well situated. We made great use of the shower and sauna. The home is a few minute walk to the muni line heading right down to the warf area. Have small bills cash for the ride. It cost 2.25 per person. We had easy access to a Trader Joe's and many restaurants. Vwe drive to Muir Woods, telegraph Hill, lombard st, china town, height-ashbury, the mission and spent an afternoon in Berkeley. The home was a in great central location to get on highways and main roads and then owners were attentive to our needs. We recommend a stay here!

Gorgeous Studio with Luxurious Sauna/Steam Shower

We just spent a week in this Gorgeous Studio and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and all of the amenities. It was very spacious, well appointed, very private and totally enjoyable. The greatest benefit, especially for San Francisco, was that there was parking close to the house, and it was Free! You have to watch the street signs, as there are certain days that you can't park due to street cleaning, but we were gone most of the time during the days so this was not a problem. You are very close to shops, bakeries and restaurants, , all walking distance up on Ocean Avenue. A little further down Junipero Serra are more restaurants, businesses and toy stores up on West Portal, including one of our favorite breakfast places, Squat and Gobble. You are very close to one of the greatest malls, Stonestown Galleria. It has Macy's and Nordstrom's as their main stores, but there must be another 100 plus stores, including Trader Joe's, a food court, and some nice restaurants near the main entrance. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a well appointed unit in a great location.

Great Location, Good Roomy Studio, High End Bathroom and Sauna

Helpful hosts, Roomy studio. Very clean. This is an apt. on the street level down a sidewalk to the side of the house; the Hosts live above. As with many VRBOs this studio doesn't have a full kitchen. There is a microwave, toaster, pretty large fridge. Washer/Dryer available. Its more comfortable to sit on the couch and eat than at the counter. Near Sloat Avenue and public transportation. About 2 blocks from Stonestown Mall, maybe a couple of miles from West Portal area, between 2 and 3 miles to Ocean Beach and the zoo. Hosts live upstairs and are quiet, they seem to wait until 8am before moving around much; you can hear walking overhead but we never heard conversation or tv. There is another rental unit off of the same downstairs "foyer". Parking was never a problem.

One of the best VRBOs/rentals I have ever had the pleasure to visit. The owner was incredibly responsive, even when I made a dumb error that accidentally left me without hot water one morning. Very clean, beautifully decorated, enormous library, convenient, quiet. All the basics, including a very well stocked mini-kitchen area.Sauna was an added bonus. I'd stay again without question.
