Njut av den vackra ön Sanibel frÄn detta mycket speciella lyxiga takvÄningshus som erbjuder fantastisk utsikt över stranden, ett privat takterrass pÄ taket och alla bekvÀmligheter i hemmet. Njut av vÄrt vackert inredda kök som ombyggdes det senaste höstet och vÄra interiörer som nyligen har uppdaterats och kommer att genomgÄ mer uppdatering sommaren 2013. Dusch och badkar renoverades för tre Är sedan.
Alla hyror gÄr frÄn lördag till lördag och inga hyror Àr mindre Àn en vecka.

Excellent location, just steps to the beach. This unit is very well appointed and equipped. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Lots of room for everyone. Rooftop deck was awesome. Watched the sunset nightly. Beds are comfy and supportive. Renee is very responsive. This unit is exactly as it is described. Close to good restaurants.

Great Stay

This is a great property to enjoy and an excellent choice for a get-away. Central Sanibel location, comfortable, well designed, up-to-date and well maintained. Take in beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the outside decks.

Excellent Property

My family stayed here for Spring Break and loved this condo very much! Breathtaking views, easy access to the beach, pool and local shops and restaurants. We rented bikes and could get to most local shops and restaurants within a few minutes.

Great condo in a great complex

We enjoyed the complex’s amenities as well as the non crowded beaches. Renee was in constant contact to check in on us and assure all was well. The condo itself has awesome views, was clean , updated and stocked with anything you could want. Would recommend this place to anyone!

“Another great vacation on Sanibel Island in a beautiful condo!”

The condo was outstanding; beautifully decorated with every accommodation you would ever need. Beautiful beach front view and centrally located on Sanibel Island. The owner, Renee checked in periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would return, as well as recommend to friends and family.

Great stay at Pointe Santo!

Very nice condo unit. Clean and tastefully decorated. Owner responsive to request for adding grilling utensils- had them shipped from Amazon the next day! Excellent view of the ocean and the grounds at Pointe Santo were beautiful as usual.

The photos do not do this condo justice. Everything was pristine and the views were incredible. Renee was very attentive and checked in frequently. We will definitely be returning to E46 the next time we visit Sanibel.

We really loved the ocean views and close beach access from this condo. The condo was roomy, comfortable and quiet. The staff at Pointe Santo was friendly and made sure the pool and beach area amenities were neat and orderly. Renee was great about keeping in touch to make sure everything was going well.

Another great stay!

This is the third time we've had the opportunity to stay in E46, and each time is more enjoyable than the last. The renovations look great and the new appliances are a very nice upgrade. We always stay here because the owner is so pleasant and great to work with, and the condo is just beautiful. The location is the best on the island in our opinion. Our family had as good a time relaxing in the condo as we did walking on the beach, just steps away. We look forward to our next stay! I can't recommend this condo highly enough!

Amazing!

The condo is beautifully furnished and well stocked. It is right on the beach, not set back like many condos are. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The best charactistic of the condo is the rooftop deck. Great for having cocktails and watching the sun set. We'd definitely rent this property again.

Loved it! Exceptional in Every Way!

Great Location and what a view! The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. We enjoyed time on the screened porch and the rooftop listening to the waves roll in. Renee was great about checking to see if we needed anything. Everything was perfect. Anxious for a return visit. Thanks for a great stay!

We feel in love with Sanibel during our first visit and searched the island for the perfect spot for guests to enjoy the island and their vacation and Pointe Santo fit all our criteria. It has been a wonderful experience.
